INPEX and the Abadi JV have submitted a revised Plan of Development for the Abadi Natural Gas Project offshore indonesia, this time incorporating a CCS component. This is an important development considering INPEX carbon neutrality plans and will hopefully breathe new life into Abadi which like neighbouring Greater Sunrise has been held up for too long.

There is currently an amazing window of opportunity for LNG projects, and the JVs with the best strategies, internal alignment, and the capacity to bring all stakeholders together will have the upper hand. This is what negotiations are about. It's not about who can bend the counterparty's arm, who gets to "win" in the end, or who ends up with the greatest stake. It's about bringing a project to FID and maximizing returns for all involved.

It takes persistence, a long term global strategy, vision, diplomacy and skill. Win - win is possible, if you have the flexibility and creativity to get there. Fingers crossed for Abadi and all the other projects out there trying to get to FID!

If you watched Andy Yeo recently he confirmed 1p and 3.7p, exact timescales were not given.

As and when news and updates are available they are posted here and they if read in full they can be very informative.

There are some BIG investors here owning in the tens and hundreds of millions that firmly believe 1p and 3.7p is achievable.

Yes none of us really know when either of these amounts will land BUT it is far more encouraging to stay positive whilst waiting for the concrete news.

Lautem, 11 April 2023 - TIMOR GAP organized the launching of the TIMOR GAP RARAHANA BLOCK Project and at the same time the program for socialisation of the petroleum exploration activity in the contract area PSC TL-OT-22-18. TIMOR GAP RARAHANA BLOCK, Unipessoal, Lda. is a subsidiary company of TIMOR GAP, which was awarded PSC TL-OT-22-18 on 22 December 2022. This block covers an area of 4862.59 km2 and is located in the eastern part of Timor-Leste, covering three municipalities such as Baucau, Viqueque and Lospalos.

The main objective of the opening and socialisation of the PSC TL-OT-22-18 project was to share information about the content of the work program provided for in the Production Sharing Contract; the technology that will be used during the first period of exploration; the process of community involvement in the initial phase of the exploration; the impact of the project; and about the local content during the first phase of the exploration.

Think everyone knows now until the election is done & dusted and concept select is completed there won't be anything more than a few million at most added to the mcap.
