Lets see if my email this afternoon to Budd provokes a reaction....
I amongst the other long suffering shareholders look forward to voting you out at the AGM. Your tenure at Genedrive has been nothing short of a disaster, with the very people that pay your exibortant salary utterly sick of the way you have run the company into the ground. How you can spend £400,000 a month when your 'sales' team have failed so badly is beyond me.
The shareholders will be outraged if you try and force through another heavily discounted raise and further screw over the shareholders.
Just remember we as shareholders, pay your salary and all you give in return is endless bad news, jam tomorrow stories, lies and feeble excuses.
Please give us all the Christmas present we all want and resign now.

"The Company will disclose information, other than what is required by the AIM rules, when they decide it is appropriate and at a timing that suits the Company’s needs. The primary interest and stewardship responsibilities of the Board is The Company. I appreciate that the interests of the Company are not always exactly the same as its shareholders at a certain point of time. The lack of answers the Company is able to provide to all questions is not a lack of interest in its shareholders - the Company is aware of shareholder sentiment and is working hard to alleviate concerns."

Who would we approach to investigate if there has been deliberate deception and misrepresentation of the facts ?
Could not agree more roger65, enough is enough and Budd must be forced out now, we cannot wait until the AGM. I have been trying to get in contact with Ian Gilham and have called one of the other companies that he is the Non-exec Director for and asked them to get a message to him to call me - I will keep hounding him until I get answer. We should all do the same and ramp up the pressure for the BOD to act now.
I am also happy to get involved.
On another note has anybody ever been able to actually speak to someone at Genedrive? I have tried the number on their website (all options) and nobody ever picks up or returns calls. Deeply concerning.....
Please all bombard the BOD with your complaints and requests to sack Budd the Dudd. The situation is far beyond a joke - the more of us that hound the BOD and put pressure on to sack Dudd the better as far as I am concerned....who knows what the SP will be if we wait for the AGM.
Completely agree with you Roger65 - David Budd needs to be sacked asap before he does any more damage. He is a totally incompetent CEO. I make a nuisance of myself and regularly email him, Anna Dunphy at Walbrook and Ian Gilham to air my ongoing frustrations.
We as shareholders need to all contact Ian Gilham as Non-exec Chairman and force him to sack Budd now. Enough is enough.
The more of us that email David Budd with Walbrook in cc directly raising our frustrations the better as his incompetence and lack of updates / sales news is dragging on far too long . The more presssure he is put under the better as far as I am concerned….
Just mailed David Budd again venting my frustrations at him, I believe the more of us that do this and try and keep pressure on him the better. He is truly inept and it is so frustrating that such a good product seems to yet again be sitting on shelfs unsold. Their sales teams really need to drive sales hard and get these great products out there. Beyond frustrated with this company....the sooner that clown Budd gets booted out the better.
Latest update that I received in the past few days from the Accustem COO in case of use to anyone: We are currently in the process of finalizing DTC eligibility to enable AccuStem stock to trade under the ticker ACUT. We estimate that this will be completed within the next two weeks, and we will provide further information following completion of the DTC process.
Starresnstoff - agreed, it does take a long time for these types of products, I just wish Budd and / or his team would make the effort to keep us shareholders updated on progress, rather than leaving us in the dark with a rapidly plummeting share price day after day. Fingers crossed for positive new soon!
I think the more of us that contact David Budd directly the better and keep the pressure on him to update us on what is happening (if anything). I hound him and the Walbrook team regularly for updates. I normally get the usual stock answers but if we all make enough noise and are thorns in Budd's side rather than us all just moaning on this BB we may see some more action from the company. Just a thought...
Yes no problem Jimmyg1 I will certainly ask her regarding NDAs the next time I speak to her. I have also been trying to track down any email addresses for the BOD to contact them directly but as expected nothing on either the TILS or Accustem websites - just the at info generic addresses. Clearly making it is difficult as possible to contact them! I will mention this board too and hope the BOD read it.
