Jimmyg1, yes I think you are right it was a Hanna that I spoke to. I did get the impression she was spinning me a load of rubbish. I will just keep calling her though and make a nuisance of myself and hopefully get some updates. Let's see what the fireside chat brings later today...

I have been hounding both Tils and Accustem over the past few weeks to their generic info email addresses on their websites to try and get some updates - for Accustem I found a number which somebody did answer on yesterday - 0207 495 2379 which I found in one of the documents on the Companies House website. It would be worth as many of us as possible calling them to try and put pressure on for updates.....the girl I spoke to was extremely apologetic and did promise to pass on my concerns / grievances to the BOD. If I don't get any response I will chase again in a few days.

Even though I am around 70% down on this share and have very little confidence in David Budd and am deeply frustrated with the lack of sales news, I encourage you to reach out directly to the staff at Genedrive as I find they do respond to direct emails. One of their team did state yesterday that "PR releases usually take a while to filter through" - make of that what you will....

I completely agree that our CEO is awful - he should have been sacked long ago in my view....I take it rather than just venting our anger with the lack of sales on this BB, that we are all contacting David Budd and Walbrook directly to vent our frustrations ? The more pressure we put on them directly the better.

I surprisingly got a response to my query today:

"In order to assist you further, please confirm how you hold shares in Tiziana. If you hold via a trading platform or broker you will need to contact your broker as they should have deposited the NASDAQ shares into your account. If the broker is still waiting for a statement from Computershare, please ask them to contact us directly so that we may assist further. "

I replied with the requested details and stated that HL (in my case) have chased Tiziana repeatedly and got nowhere....and that other shareholders are in the same position with other trading platforms. Any response to this that I get I will post.

Does anybody have a direct email address for any of the BOD? I have emailed the info@ email address on the TILS website and called the 0207 number but never get any call back or response. The situation is beyond frustrating and really feel as if we are being treated as mugs by the BOD...

Thanks for the explanation philjpo - has anybody had any success trying to approach the board directly over email? I just emailed Ian Gilham to air my frustrations (I kept it clean!) but got a mail blocked auto response, so I sent on to Walbrook instead and asked them to forward....not holding my breath for any response though.

How do we instigate an EGM? I only have a very small holding here (even less now after around an 80% drop...), for me its more out of principal and not letting Budd away with it.....

Thanks starresnstoff, surely there must be something that can be done before then? If we have to wait until Autumn 2022, Budd walks away with further cash for failure and who knows what share price by then....

Can us as shareholders force the GDR management team to remove David Budd from his role? His staggering incompetence and bare faced cheek to take his enormous salary for endless missed deadlines and total lack of sales absolutely stinks and surely we don't have to continue to accept this ? Is there any mechanism by which we can vote him out or have him removed from the business?

I have just put the below message on the Investor Meeting Q&A - lets see if it gets ignored...."As a long term shareholder I am appalled at the huge drop in share price and the lack of sales, despite repeatedly being told sales are immanent. How can Mr Budd justify such a high salary for complete failure - its truly shocking..."

Fair point Amur_isagogo, I perhaps should have directed my mail to the chairman instead. If I get no response I will resend to Sir Marc instead.

I don't post often on here but as a fairly long term holder of a modest amount of Hemo shares I am extremely frustrated by Vlad's tweets, especially his latest one, which is deeply unprofessional as a CEO as others have already stated. I have just emailed the Hemo contact address on their website with the below email, I don't hold out much hope of a reply but will let you all know if I get a reply.....

Dr Sandler,

As a long term shareholder in Hemo I wish to highlight my frustration - as you know we have seen a sharp slide in the share price with a 40% reduction in one day alone yesterday. What frustrates myself and the other shareholders greatly is your comments on Twitter which I and many others find both very unprofessional and not the actions we would wish to see from a company CEO.

I fully understand this is your personal account with no connection (in theory) to Hemo, however the comments you make will likely have a major bearing on how you and subsequently Hemo are perceived in the public arena.

I firmly believe that your "unfiltered" use of twitter will be a concern not only to the GlobalCo's, but also to Penn University and others who Hemo are working with.

I respectfully ask that you think very carefully before using Twitter in future, as the way things are going I have grave concerns for the future and can see our potential suitors walking away from any potential tie up / JV / deal as they will not want to deal with Hemo.

It does seem really poorly advertised, I am plugging the trial whenever I can and lets hope others can do the same to try and get the spaces filled and the trial pushed through as quickly as possible. As others have previously mentioned a newspaper / Facebook advert I am sure would work wonders for the number of potential recruits for the home trial and to raise awareness of it.

In case of interest to any of the BB, my wife's uncle has just signed up to the home trial as he recently tested positive with Covid. The whole process of sign up appeared to be very efficient and well organised, with him receiving his large box of equipment the next day. He has only been on the treatment a few days but has already made a great improvement. I have photos of the box of kit he was sent but not sure if I can post it on here as a new poster (but holder of SNG Shares since just after manic Monday!) Fingers crossed for more people on the test asap as he really has shown substantial improvement and here's hoping for Stage 3 to be successful and get this treatment out to the masses.
