It seems to me that great patience is required for Aussie goldies which seems weird as it's such a safe jurisdiction, and yet I have shares in 5 different companies who all have Aussie gold licenses (one of which is GGP since 2017) and believe me - they are all looking good and yet slow to get moving. Even Greatland with it's JVs and Newcrest support is up one minute and back down the next. The communication and content we're getting from ROCK at the moment is very reminiscent of the GGP early days and I'm quite happy to sit and wait in the hope a similar experience will result from it. If you're looking for a quick bag I'd recommend looking elsewhere but if you've got time and patience, then stay put! GLA

I tried to open a 2nd ISA, with a different 'supplier' and as soon as I entered my details a message came up on screen telling me I already had an ISA so couldn't open a second one!! That was a couple of years ago admittedly, but I don't think anything's changed since then, so it's likely to still be as Welsh Falcon says - just 1!

Late but sincere condolence wishes to you and yours Paddy. Good to see so much support for you from the LTH's on here whilst so many of us sit and wait and don't get drawn into the constant ridiculous scrapping. I hope the funeral goes well, surrounded by loved ones.

I thought it was a good interview, with Naheed getting as much info out as she possibly could in the time given. Definitely a mid-long term investment (I've been in since March last year). Highly recommend any new investors watch the interview to get a better idea of what's involved in these projects. Thumbs up from me, but I'm happy to be patient and be rewarded in the long term. Investors like the HRH won't be investing and supporting as a gesture of goodwill - he's doing it for a profitable outcome, as we all are! GLA

my THR on Investing dot com portfolio showing up 21% as last purchase at 9.48 through at 1.00p and yet the ask is .85 and no sign of a trade like that on LSE. Hmmm.... hoping it's a sign of things to come very soon!

I don't know about the rest of you but I'm beginning to think we can't trust any of them further than we could throw them. What I don't get, is that surely, if he (as a shareholder) is accusing the defendants of acts that could result in criminal liability, then as a director/CEO at that time, he's pointing the finger at himself as well? !

One thing we know for definite from this now, is that his employment was terminated. I assume he'll be taking them to a tribunal for unfair dismissal next then.

that worked, thanks ProcessGuy, but I see his posting around Aug/Sept which mentioned ZM no longer being CEO., is no longer showing. (That was the one that we got to read before the court docs showed what he'd said was true., therefore proving his knowledge was true.)

tsbs1 - I think we'd be silly not to accept he was up to no good - after all, would FRC really submit such accusations through official US court channels if they didn't have the ability to back them up and prove them legit? To be perfectly honest, I don't give a hoot who's done what now, I just want our money back (bare minimum) so we can all move on with our lives and have closure to some degree.

Firstly, thanks to NJames and Looed in bringing this latest info to surface. I've just finished reading it for the 2nd time and all I can say is I'm amazed at how all the little snippets and info that our amazing sleuths uncovered over the past 2 years + that left us all wondering 'why haven't we heard that from the company?', such as the creation of the new companies, employees protesting about oil sales continuing but not getting paid etc etc have just fallen into place! I wouldn't be surprised if our sleuths actually helped FRC in unearthing some of this, although we'll never know of course. Like Avi8r says though - whatever drove Zaza to do these things?!?! My guess would be absolute greed (assuming his plan had worked to his benefit in the end) I'm now glad I never got to attend any of the London meetings as I'd be feeling even more angry if he'd stood there in front of me and lied to my face like that. What a pro indeed. Hoping and praying that we can now move forward (with Dustin at the helm?) in a positive, productive way and realise some good fortune. GLA

He's admitted he has no insider info, and if you read back through his posts, his September post is after the date that we now know Zaza was ousted, and yet he made no mention of it until October. Perhaps our mystery poster is involved with a n other party involved in 'the deal'?! Whoever he/she is, I'm trying hard not to believe too much, but certainly am hoping he/she is speaking factual truths. For the record, I emailed FRR for the 4th time last week, and still not even an acknowledgement of receipt, let alone a 'yes', we can confirm you're on our register as a shareholder, despite me sending them screenshots etc. Feeling pretty miffed now, so truly hope today's posts prove real.

Hydro - are you relaxed about the idea of the possible 10% and a seat on the board for this major buyer according to your source, or do you not know who the actual buyer is?

I think Goit and Spudsoil are correct, but also need to bear in mind that the original doc is in Georgian, so some detail may be affected by translation I suppose.
