Brighty, I would think the value is easily circa 80 million. Remember also the Tarncourt 12 million loan which may be converted into equity.

Everyone is focused on CSS or the pubs. You have 2 completed roadside developments generating income of almost 500k with a valuation of just below 10 million with a lot more to follow.

The share price will be most interesting when this is fully completed.

What value would you place on the property business ?

Wise. This has been over a year in the making.

The sale of CSS enhances the options open to Barkby to significantly scale their roadside business. My guess is a sale is close. The fireworks will start when they unveil more of their plans for the future.

This business could then have a market cap much higher than the 40 million it originally listed as. In short todays price represents a gift.

32k investment is a good sign that someone recommends value. Clearly it took a while to fulfil which is one the points I raised. There is not a lot of stock in circulation as its held by long term holders who endorse Charles Dickson and the board.

Even at 8p the market cap is less than 12 million. I am hoping shareholders may be in for a nice treat pre Christmas.

Full ask of 8p but can get no more than 50k yet we see an 8% drop. I reckon the top 23 holders of this stock probably hold collectively over 120 million shares out of the 144 in issue.

So do I and sooner than people may expect. The board announced plans to sell last year. They paused the sale because they new the deals that were in the pipeline would materially increase the value of CSS. Some of the press info is incorrect. They no longer own Centurion.

CSS is the last investment to go which is evident in all recent announcements. They've reduced the pubs to 6 and other than charging points for additional revenue I am not sure how this links to the synergies they have alluded to alongside their Roadside strategy.

Maybe they plan to open more pubs on their development sites ? But left field but anything is possible.

Based on what ? Quality research, gut or just pumping.

Whatever it is I will be surprised if we aren't near AIM admission prices by December half year.

We will probably see a pull back until there is more news flow.

For anyone that has been here long term they will remember the excitement when this first listed on AIM and the follow on Midas tip in the Mail.

The pandemic has knocked the stuffing out of the share price but in my opinion offered an excellent route in. I've been adding all the way down. Don't underestimate the holding David Holdsworth took last year when his original holding was less than 500k.

The company is clearly going to be significantly larger when it announces its Roadside update. CSS and the pubs are both sideshows. My guess is Charles Dickson and the board will have a plan to raise the profile similar to 2020.

The valuation placed on CSS is above what I expected but that's what generally happens with SaaS based companies. Its a real plus if they get circa 50 million.

Today's rise is promising but in no way values Barkby at the correct level. Where is the value attached to the property side ? Anybody interested in this company I would recommend going back over company announcements. I still expect a rerate when the roadside strategy gets announced and if the company opt for REIT status then that means dividends which will attract more income investors.

Confirmation about CSS this morning. Based on this perceived valuation of circa 50 million and in excess of 100 million of property assets how on earth is this business valued at below 5 ?

I'm not a medium and neither did I expect Sky News to run an article. 50 million for CSs. Reckon Barkby is going to be worth jn excess of 100 million soon. Trouble is there is less than 20 million free float by my reckoning. Fill your boots.

Fundamental is an excellent company and demonstrates the potential value that exists in Tern. Shareholders have voted Al Sisto off the board and have had much of the change they desired.

The company now needs investors to vote in favour of the new resolutions in order to give them headroom to at last see an exit. I see no justification in a no vote. However each to their own.

Cambridge will be sold. I'm expecting an announcement that Maldon has been completed and is an asset on the balance sheet. Also that the Plough sale has gone through as it is no longer on the website.

At March they had in excess of 100 million in relation to their Roadside strategy. What are they holding now ?

An announcement could come any day that they are now a REIT. The bad news is all priced in but as yet no good. Workshop sale as an example.

I expect a rerate to AIM admission prices when they announce the restructure is complete. It may even be higher with institutional backing.

Struggling to get any stock. Could have offloaded 900k easily. Clearly demand in the background.

Understand sentiment based on past experience. However I do believe there is real value to be realised here.

Could the delay be simply down to the company wanting more with prices of rare metals tipped to go higher ?
I’m not concerned about the delay given on what they are sitting on.
