No problem. Yes we've done well with more to follow. Up over 6 figures and can hold many for the long term as I believe it will move to Reit status at some point.

I've taken a decent position in Marechale recently. Time will tell if I get that one right.

We are seeing a small rise almost daily. I would hope we are going to get confirmation soon of more sites acquired.

Whatever is going on stock is in demand.

AGM next week and hopefully we will get an update on Weardale. A decision on planning must be close with work anticipated for Q4 2024.

I've been surprised by the lack of investor interest here especially with Atlantic, Cornish and Cleantech lithium all giving positive updates of late.

The Chris Kenning investment is also a reason to keep a close eye on events.

I have been monitoring this company for a few months and really think it has plenty of upside. Weardale plan to start end of 24 if they get the go ahead so fingers crossed. DYOR but there are some positive indicators on why to invest.

Roadside continues to go up daily and that's before they announce anything further.

One suspects some will miss the boat here with only circa 144 million shares with very little free float. Still a gift below 25p IMHO.

Something has leaked judging by the trades. I reckon the next update and we will be flying. Multiple site acquisitions along with the sale of pubs is my guess.

Further divestment of CSS and we are in clover.

I don't think its worth trying to trade this share currently as we are obviously due news flow. Aside from the Chris Kenning link its worth looking on companies house at Burgh Islands filings. Looks like its been sold to me.
