The trade was at 15:35 on Friday, well that is when it was finished. Impossible to tell if buy or sell as traded over time in smaller chunks to accumulate.

Now DS stepped down from BOD to M&A position and as such too close to the fsp to be allowed to sell any shares.
Now if he had no confidence of sale at a price that he believed was reasonable for him/shareholders he could of said no I just want to be a NED with nothing to do with the fsp. Thus allowing him to sell up.
The fact he didn’t in my eyes shows huge confidence in the sale and final price.

Personally think Chris is searching to justify why he got out. No one wastes so much time since selling trying to justify to themselves why they sold.

Scenario, 2 of VI client say they want 13m shares each of eua at <32p they would never get them at that price on open market as sp would move up when we were at 30p for a month. VI go ok our mate AC needs cash, see if we can get him to sell at 29p, VI profit and clients get their shares. Win win for all

Part of the buying agreement by VI so they would not have to disclose anything going forward, they are probably now in their top clients hands primed for a substantial profit on sale

I think it is more like all the ii’s, funds, BOD, Lth and some new holders don’t give a dam what the sp is. Just what it will be at the end and they probably now that price as well.

Drip on to the market, what at less than 29p! If that was the case why not just sell on the market in the first place at 30p.
Plus not sure all the BOD/executives would want to come out of all this with less than £1m each you fool! (None of the BOD can sell so would need to share the 27m shares)

For me the 2 are too similar to be a coincidence. It was in 2017 so they could have got the extra 138k in the 4 years

Alexei Churakov, owns a company called Venus Garden Holdings. In 2017 he purchased via VGH 27m worth of shares for a 7% stake in Eurasia's subsidiary ZAO Kosvinsky Kamen, which owns the West Kytlim project.
Alexei is very well connected to Senior members at Lesego Platinum Mining Company, including the now new CEO James with whom he has worked with in the past.

Alexei has sold his 7% stake in ZAO, as a buyer of Eurasia understand that they do not want someone else with a share, which explains why Alexei has not sold his other 10m shares as these are directly tied to Eurasia Mining itself and not a subsidiary
