Personally I don't know why people feel a need to talk down their investment. News from India could appear at any time and there is no doubt that if it hadn't been for a seller returning last week we would be in the mid sixties! If he is finished the slightest bit of positive news and this will rocket!

Just bought a few more - no problem buying at all through broker! We will know when seller is finished because it will go to mid 60's quickly!

Aren't they choosing their preferred antibody test this w/e?

Personally ,I think the MM's have had a seller for the last two days. I am sure there is some day trading ,but it may be the overall state of the world markets has led to someone offloading a few more here. It will be interesting when they dry up!

I suspect they were compelled by the nomad to put that out ,but didn't really want to !

Almost 5 million in an hour and a half! Could it be the seller and placing shares will be finished today!

Until he has finished there will be no significant rise as any good PR news just allows him to give the mm's more shares. We just have to be patient because those who have done their research know its only a matter of time until take off!

Agree 100%- if the SP looks like it might rise the mm's seem to have a ready supply of shares they can tap into! However ,at some time soon they are going to run out and then we will see a rise alright!! Indian orders may be the catalyst!!

I mentioned last week that we had a placing to the institutions that was oversubscribed and they knew they had a seller so I totally agree Finncap should of prevented the Sneller shares ever coming to market! It was bad enough we had the placing shares to depress the SP never mind Sneller's!

What a mess this placing has been.We had a known seller to the company and a heavily oversubscribed placing_ why on earth did the company allow the sellers shares to come to the market at all!

According to the remarks of the Ex Omega director the other day " the market has to absorb the effective divestiture of a significant proportion of the gifted shares of the largest shareholder". I take it significant means many millions-- with institutions also selling their placing shares the timing could not of been worse!!!

Well that's what I was considering in my earlier post Sharebel and I think it is a distinct possibility!

If this company is one of your other interests to be pursued following your exit today from Bezant I hope you will give the restoration of shareholder value [that holy grail that you always stress is so important] your number one priority. A start would be in announcing a non dilutive fund raising package which the remaining long term shareholders can support and feel that their company has at last got a future! Toral is a great asset,it deserves great management, but its time to prove you can deliver it! Just for once it would be nice to feel the company is behind its shareholders and not just a gravy train for its directors.

As stated in the placing RNS some of the institutions were new and some already had a stake. For me those existing institutions are probably the ones selling's they can replace all the shares they previously held prior to the placing with shares at 40p pocketing a tidy profit for no risk. Also because it is an AIM share some would of had to sell to not break their rules on not holding above a certain amount of an AIM company. There will be some traders and private holders selling ,but this mark down is mainly due to large institutions.For me it is just a question of when the MM's have finished and the re rate begins!

Just look how their holding it steady -we'll soon know when they have got rid of their current placing shares-- this will go up very very quickly!
