Funny thing is that if drilling stopped over the weekend with 8 or 900m of continuous mineralisation, the latter few hundred metres of which show "beautiful" mineralisation then your order will be good value anyway. Bit of a win-win situation, perhaps?

Covid has globally affected assay labs, just like most other service sectors, so a 2 month turn-around sounds reasonable to me - unless we are particularly lucky with the chosen lab...

A few hundred metres of high grade mineralisation (say 0.6%+) would push us into an entirely new ball-game so let's see what the next few days bring...

Sounds like you may need a TR1 form in the not too distant future:-)

A £100,000 purchase first thing in the morning would certainly turbo-boost the re-rate IMO and you may even be right about 10p-12p by the end of the week.
Let's hope there is no " drilling terminated" RNS at 07.00 as some of the drilling results discussed today could easily see many multiples of the current SP.

Listening again to Friday's interview, CB says he will be in a position to update the market on Monday when the markets are open. That does not necessarily mean a 7.00 am RNS.
If drilling has stopped over the weekend then I do think that CB will pu lush an early RNS, for o virus reasons, but if drilling is continuing ( fingers crossed) I think CB will wait for the Monday update from site before issuing an RNS so he will be able to report the latest information. At least that is what I would do.

I was wondering the same thing myself. As I posted earlier it would seem to be logical that there is some sort of symmetry around the core - backed up by being described as carrot shape ( and even a pencil is symmetrical around the lead) - but I don't have the technical knowledge to confirm this - hopefully another poster is better informed than I am.

I completely agree.
If the average gold content increases from the originally stated 0.064g/tonne to a very realistic 0.35g/ tonne, that will, in itself make a big difference to the overall Cu equivalent.
Then there is the size of the porphyry itself, just a 50% increase in both depth and diameter will increase th mineral content by almost 4×, so both assay and drill results have the potential to completely change the costing model. There is still everything to play for IMO...

The loan facility agreement was made on Sept 30th when the SP was 1.15p so the conversion values were all well above market price at the time. Hence it was a very good deal at the time. Beware those spreading fake news - I have a feeling there will be several of the over the next few weeks.

You could be right- I was just following the logic of Wannabe.

If we are drilling straight down through a carrot slanted at 45 degrees then that is beyond my schoolboy maths to calculate, so I guess I will just have to wait for an RNS explanation by those in the know...

If we are drilling sideways into a carrot, then presumably when mineralisation peaks we will be in the core?
That being the case the radius of the palphyry is already over 700m as we will have the other side of the carrot to drill through before mineralisation peter's out?

Perhaps they are tiny gold bars worth about a pound each?

If drilling continues throughout the weekend and into next week ( CB stated he would give an update every 200m, inferring there were several multiples of 200m to come) it is my opinion that the Sp can increase by at least 50% prior to completion of drilling - and that will be a big discount to asset value.

Let's see what plays out..
