Couldn't agree more - the market really does seem to have missed a trick buy not fully understanding the significance of the SF deal - but that just means more shares for us !- There will be big smiles on our faces when the market wakes up to what we have here, IMHO.

I am probably over-exposed here, but the more I research this company the more reasons I keep finding to buy on the dips - and I just can't help myself!

I really believe that GLR has the potential to create a lot of wealthy people - and there is a very high probability that the potential will be realised this year.

No, Jezzoo, there can't be any new/unexpected information that would influence the SP released. Anything already expected such as assay results, commencement of gold sales, drill results etc etc are OK.

I think that is why CB said that the current drill results would be used to build a 'perfect model' of what we have got and that it would be available around April time.

Plugging our date into a computer, together with previous data may not give s a definitive valuation of the porphyry, but it will certainly give us a reasonable idea of the structure and that could then be used to target drills for phase 2.

We will be very lucky if phase 2 drilling is complete before the end of the summer IMO and then the data will need to be analysed to decide whether more drills are needed or to go directly to a revision of the JORC.

I have a funny feeling we may already have sold out before we get to that stage...

The POC has consistently risen by an average of $100 per trading day since the beginning of February.
With all the hype around a copper price 'break-out', it would be a brave person that shorts copper in the near future, so no reason not to expect continued growth in price at the current rate?

That being the case, then POC may well be $10,000 by the end of next week...

Because when they exercise their options at 10p the company will get almost £2.5 million worth of funding.

They do not need to exercise their option until they want to, say if the SP is 12p, 15p, 20p whatever and they will then be guaranteed a profit when the shares are sold without having to take any risk at all.

A good motivation to increase shareholder value and,I have to say, when they get the SP above 10p they will have earned every penny as far as I am concerned.

Quite a while - about the same amount of time that I have been in XTR, but not as long as I've been in BZT - a perfect triad of CB companies IMPO, but I have the feeling that GLR will be the next one to break out - that's why I am here, after all.

This may help:

CB was appointed to the board when the company was floated in September 2011.

At that time about 60m new shares were issued at a nominal price of 5p, but 1m were sold for 15p and the other 59m for 23p each.

A fundraising followed shortly thereafter with the issue of 4,857,143 shares at a placing price of 35p and the take-up was shared between the company and a broker.

There were no new directors dealings before 2013 when CB gave 2m shares to his ex-wife, leaving him with 42.2 m shares.

CB had therefore purchased over 40m shares across the issue prices of 15p, 23p and 35p - the average being around 24p - so about £10m.

Obviously CB has bought around 20m more shares since then and has paid as little as 0.2p for them - so his overall average will be in the teens rather than twenties. - but still a lot higher than the current SP.

I think that H5O hit the nail on the head - there is a big overhang at the moment with cheap shares floating about - but they can't last for ever and once the traders have taken their cut the price will be free to rise again.

In the meantime, it looks like the 5.5p-6.5p trading range is quite stable so it offers plenty of opportunity for those that want to accumulate at, what many of us consider to be, given the current state of play - a bargain price.

Based on previous drills, number 4 should start over the weekend, so we should be able to get an RNS on Monday that states exact position, target depth etc.

Can anybody remember the details of the investment fund that bought $300k worth of shares after the first drill?

I think the fund was worth about 200 million and they could invest up to 5% of the fund value in any one company - which would be about 20% of XTR as a upper level of investment, if my memory serves?

Seed money for the company when it was floated. The SP went up to about 46p but he didn't sell in the open market, then the decline set in...

I believe I said Colin paid about 24p for his initial shares ( worth about £10million at the time) and that he told me that he intended to make a profit on his investment.

So phase 1 is now at least 5 holes in total...

Following completion of the first hole:
· Given the substantial down-plunge dimension of the deposit as shown by the first hole, at least a further four holes of about 700m length each are planned across the deposit to test the width and grade.

· The drill rig is now being moved to drill the first of these follow-up holes.

They will have to get a move on if they want to includea all of the phase 1 drills into the April 'perfect model'. All these holes being so much longer than expected are clocking up the drilling days...
