I have just spoken to Justin and he confirms what Hepseal has presented
I did say to him I thought an Rns re gas testing beyond 60 days would be appropriate but he seems to think that we should have known that they would reapply to have this extended.

Hepseal I will apologise, but I still find it Very strange that the last comments re gas testing etc should be in a Rns because it is price sensitive. I would like to think it’s true, time will tell

Thankyou Simon, the thing is what’s classed as testing and production, I appreciate what they stated in the Rns but they are still trying to get a balance on the choke etc so could this still be classed as testing and who initially stated it was 60days for gas flaring

It would have took know more than 20secs to explain that in an interview. And the gas contract with who ever, Bago maybe was fairly imminent in April.
Does anyone know if the 60 day flaring if that is correct in Georgia is for production days because I thought it was for testing days. Saying that I cannot see anything on the web re Georgia and time for flaring. Thankyou

and the gas contract has supposedly been getting sorted for months. The possible potential here is huge but they have some serious making up to do and be honest which on Aim would be a rarity
