He can issue another CLN without reducing his holdings and by just putting the profit his previous conversions have made him. So what’s happening here I don’t know. Lack of clarity for faithful long term holders is pretty shoddy

Remember any new CLN’s do not effect the percentage of his stake in the company, he will still be below 30%. That only changes when he converts them into shares. This could take several years

When people speculate on here it’s going to be near 10p at the end of January or 50-100p with the voucher ya always going to get day traders hoping for a quick buck and then realise it’s not a straight up trend and get disillusioned and sell out

T Brown inc FAB have still a similar combined share holding. The extra shares submitted due to the CLN share conversion has diluted the share price by approx 3% but in the total scheme of thing’s neither here nor there. For the long term investors who see the massive potential it’s just another stepping stone, for the day traders who don’t give a hoot about the company it’s an inconvenience.

Hopefully Now we should get the Tr1 and the company always sends out an Rns when the CLN’s have been converted. 2million trade just gone through from yesterday

Another big mover in my opinion will be a partnership with a large pharma getting involved with phase 2 of the trials.

The contrast agent is used in nearly all imaging not just the brain and has potential side effects. Eventually the market will catch on A1 is the future and they can’t stop it

Funny cos a few on here were saying the Clns didn’t matter a few weeks back.

The voucher is way off if it even comes to fruition put massive icing on the cake if it does

Surely currently the imaging should be the main focus, this is what’s bringing in current revenue and with the collaborations it should only increase substantially

I know facts are not pleasing to some who have different agendas but it doesn’t take away the massive potential of this share

The voucher as I can see can be given once a drug is approved and can then be used for any other drug in the company’s development or sold on to recoup your costs

The application for vouchers is finishing in 2024.

The price to sell on vouchers has reduced due to more vouchers being made available

Hopefully by Christmas it should start moving upwards once the remaining CLN’s are converted and we get a final Holdings Rns.

Because converting CLN’s stifles the share price short term, if you are a long term holder it doesn’t matter. But it’s good to understand what’s behind it

T Brown has interest in 30% of the share capital inc FAB shares

He did have the other day 5 million shares to still convert from CLN’s which don’t show on his share capital until they are converted. So if he wants to convert them he will probably reduce FAB’s share capital accordingly which he has done recently with previous CLN conversions

The 100k sell earlier makes me feel FAB are still selling. I could be wrong but I wasn’t this last time. If they still are (why) They could wait until after Christmas and get at least 6p.

Gee. You mentioned earlier the company gains from a 100k cash benifit. The only person who gained in todays Rns was T Brown who recieved shares for 1.5p that are worth 4p

The benifit Iqai recieved was when the CLN was first issued in 2019 not when he cashes in

Playing devils advocate They are a issue if you are thinking of purchasing shares in the next week or two because you don’t want to buy another tranche at 4.3 if he starts off loading again and they drop to 3.9
