That 60k sell match’s the 60k buy from yesterday. Not all sales are down to T Brown or Fab just bored quick buck punters

I did say to him that Fab Tr1 was down nearly 3% and if they are still selling we should have had a new Tr1 to drop below 3 % but he didn’t comment

No just general Rns’s. It didn’t sound as though there was an imminent issue. I’m just a private investor and like you shouldn’t be talking to me

Just spoke to a Duncan Vasey at Peterhouse capital. Iqai brokers. He oversees Iqai. He really couldn’t say anything re share price but just said wait for Rns’s to come out. Kaneomium was contacting them to enquire why something went missing off the website and Tyke said he always get a response from T Brown, so maybe he could ask the question!!

Those are not random sales. Both equate to £5000 each so someone is still dumping !!!

If I was going to do a placing I would do what T Brown is doing. Get Fab to drip shares in to the market to get the price down and then do a discounted placing and then fill my boots

If this is the case genuine hard workers like Michael Schmainda must get annoyed ( use the word loosely ) at how T Brown manipulates the price to milk it.

Could this be the reason why the news letter wasn’t sent out as previous in a Rns and something missing of the website today. All above just a theory

I’m as confused as you. What I would like to know is why are Fab selling. We know T Brown increased his shares by converting the remaining CLN’s. But he his well within the 30% barrier. The difference is he has insider information and we don’t

What made you think someone was going to give you a voucher for 100 million before a drug is approved. It might even fail. Thats why they say it can be used against any other drug that you are producing or be sold on to recoup costs of bringing it to manufacture

Price in black is usually the mid price ie

3.10 sell 3.20 mid 3.30 buy. They both look like buys at the mid price

Well in the space of 24hrs we have gone from a new Cln or placing to a 20-50p buyout

Anybody any feasible reason why FAB reduced there share holding lower than necessary at the 3p range when by just releasing the news letter to shareholders correctly could have improved the price they got

BB they also raised 275k in Aug 19 at a price of 6p and again in Oct 21 , 620k at a price of 5p

I’m still not sure why there was a lot of shares traded on the American market IQAIF

People are asking questions now cos the share price has dropped 40% quite quickly and FAB are selling and at present it doesn’t look like TB is taking up the slack so waiting for the AGM to ask the questions is a bit pointless. And Tyke your the one who asks most questions on here recently. Have you emailed TB to answer all your questions cos if you had you would realise it’s a one way conversation

Why let them go at 3p or be bought at 3p unless both think it’s fair company value.

Iqai have had several placings in the past, the last one for 620k which TB participated in, but who the others were who knows. Placing or a CLN still eventually increases the share quantity of the company. What annoys me is with all the advances the company has made in the last 2-3 yrs TB or the market seems to think fair value is approx 5 million to get a placing or CLN away. The last placing was at a far better value than the current share price.

We haven’t had any large buys to balance the books this last day or two!!

He doesn’t need to sell to create another CLN. Someone is selling though cos 500k just gone through from 4pm Maybe Fab going down to nil and a placing is coming so he can participate which could also be bringing in a joint venture partner.

The only thing is is that the company is in better position than it’s ever been. So no way is he getting out on the cheap. There’s definitely going to be news of some description next week but what! my guess is as good as yours
