The London Stock Exchange is ,was ,and always will be a market.hence the price variations.
Some will gain ,if they have the nerve and cash and some will loose, the latter only if they HAVE to sell
IMHO The dividend will not be effected by these price fluctuations ,but COULD be effected
by the future EARNINGS from this collapse. There fore I will increase my holding to off set that possibility
Just my view of the situation as a very long time investor on the LSE, just looked it up .1958 first share s bought.

How close are we to going below the Net Asset Value of the company? I wonder.
Does any one know what the NAV is of Aviva?
I remember that happening with the old Marconi company

There is an old Arab saying "Do not let the Camel get its nose into your tent, because it will come right in and take the tent over"
and that is precisely what is ALLEDGED to have happened here with some of our Patents, hence the court case.
So who allowed this situation to occur?? Some one may have thought the most attractive girl in the class smiled and winked at them .
I have no opinion as to where this will end , however I will sell the moment any Director or RG does ,Small PI `s are fortunate that
a powerful player such as RG are here as stock holders

Does this 28 day exclusion exemption mean that it would allow Directors to buy shares before the identity of possible purchaser is made public ?Any opinions please.

My last buy was at 12p but that was with part of profits made over the years of trading this. I am holding for the ride.

What is the price of 1 Samsung share .and where does one see that price?

very roughly calculated from RG`s list of investments, Nanoco represents only around 2 %
of that Lists value.However he/they certainly will have more up to date info than we PI`s to base his purchasing on .

I was also one caught out in the 40 to 1 dilution,

when I wrote " the opposite might happen " that was to imply that Samsung may settle quickly.
I have no doubt we are on a winner at these prices .

I think we are in for a long haul to receive our due royalties and compensation, so at the age of 83 I will be transferring
all but a few of my very long term holding to my 3 grandchildren, I do not wish to have my estate to pay IHT on what is
going to be a very valuable share both Capital and cash flow wise in future years to come .
However I could be wrong and the exact opposite happens, but either way this is one to hold.

Can Directors of Nanoco buy or sell any of their shares at this moment, ie while these talks take place . or are they barred from dealing in their own shares.? and if so when would that bar be removed ?

Interestingly at 14.55 hrs the price in London to buy was 58.00p then at 15.09hrs a buy is recorded of £10.77 which forced buy price to 65p.which it is now holding at.
Quite a jump for what is not a massive buy order,?
The volume on NASDQ has i creased over the last week. However I think we still need to be patient , no pun intended
some one will want vrp sooner or later.
