Likewise I am a vLTH , The Gas price is the only driver to this SP increase , nothing ,in my opinion ,due to BOD actions, I fortunately was able to at long last sell at a profit, I could have made more profit however I chose to retain 20% of my holding on the gamble/possibility of a Take over bid as that is the only event stopping the SP dropping back substantially .IMHO.I whole heartily agree with Robs12 previous post, a very informative summary of the situation . Others will disagree , fine, we are all entitled to our own opinions , only time will tell .Best of luck with your investments in these turbulent times we find our selves in.
Read in resolution 10--- "up to an aggregate nominal amount of £99,503.57 " That is a very precise amount . Any one
any thoughts on why It is so precise ?
Thanks and link noted
Re Dividend --Please confirm ex dividend date is 27 July ? for forth coming dividend
Thanks
Thank you for the Energy Voice info.
GPA "has been waiting 4 years for a decision"
Skerry vore has "been waiting 7 years for a decision"
Reported to be " near "a decision, note near ,Suppose the decision is not to Drill??
Well a take over bid ,welcomed or not, would at least generate some change in SP.
On those time scales where will the price of Oil be? if they decide to drill.
Change in policy for the financial good often has to come from outside .However to be accepted by internal policy makers it often must be presented to look as though the change comes from with in .Hubris ? comes to mind in that sort of situation.
Will the SP be around the same in a year`s ? Will the opinions on here still be the same ?Only time will tell
Oh yes I remember Dana, however there are not many of us left who can .While trying to understand some strategy here I find I am repeatedly asking myself who has benefited most from PMG over the years since then? Long term holders , day traders or whom ?
I agree with your statement there is no problem with the VALUE of the assets , It is the ongoing lack of action WITH them. I just hope some other company considers them cheap enough to make a take over bid for them ,after all , if an energy company can not make a decent return to its Share holders with gas and Oil at these prices when ever can it ? Before any one asks the obvious ,the only reason I keep PMG is to remind me not to make the same mistake again.
All well and good ,however when is this great news going to benefit long term share holders?
At this SP benefit may come from a unwelcomed take over bid as we are so very under priced .I would much prefer that not to happen , rather an increase in the SP and a Dividend declared
making PMG a long term hold. Just my thoughts on these long over due good results
Date of AGM Please ?
Am I correct in thinking that this share is under valued given the energy crisis in place today?also With a Capital value of £51m, at this SP, £23.38 m in cash include in and Asset value of £78.67 m. Surely the SP should be higher.? Other opinions please
I wonder if the Interim results will reflect the recent increases in gas and oil enough to offset
expenditure into wind farms ? I only ask as a New Investor and do not have enough past information re Capital costs of Wind farm Venture. Any informed opinion would be welcome. Thank you
I agree no trust , and in my case until Aoka Mizu is re chartered I will not be adding to my holding.
Thank you for your clear and concise resume of situation, We MNZS share holders are in a win win situation. A Very large profit if , and a big IF, bid succeeds or remain share holders in a profitable and successful company.
Best wishes to all
I agree re renewal of Charter is critical to an increase of SP to reflect true value of HUR.
IMHO With the predicted cash flow there should be no CASH obstacle and hopefully, the Board of Directors should be able to negotiate a quick successful Charter, Time will tell .DYOR
Is here any reason in company law that the 2021 results can not be brought forward ? I find the caveat that the OFFER price would reduce if a Dividend is declared by dividend amount ,see NAS own RNS on conditions of offer price
MNZS had a trading average above this low offer in the 3 years prior to Covid travel restrictions.
bearing in mind the restrictions did not apply to Freight flights or flights to keep slots open, the 2021 results may well be a very pleasant read . IMHO
I have the programme Flight Tracker live on my computer and the air traffic was so dense last Saturday that I had problem tracking a flight over Europe , with that density of air traffic MNZS must be nearly back to normal surely ? Also the continuing contract additions are very reassuring for this company . IMHO as always DYOR.
As a new SH here ,where can I find share holding in company for CEO and CFO ?Are figures , if any
shares held ,in public domain?
Thank you
