I wonder whether there's imminent news of a new agreement with Bluewater?

It was told to us several years ago that costs would be in the order of $27, and that a price just below Brent value would be achieved.
If we produce another load of 500k barrels and Brent stays around the $76 level, we could be seeing another $25m hitting the coffers in the next three weeks. Fingers crossed

When RT stepped down at Hurricane he remained an advisor for 6x months and would have seen and known what was going on with the replacement board. I wonder whether RB was and has been in constant contact with RT and together are planning Hurricane's future? Despite RT's overly optimistic view of the quantity of oil in place, he is still (probably) one of the best qualified persons to develop the resources.

I think you may have answered your own question in regard to "Hurdles" in SE Asia. In my minute understanding of conducting business in China I believe (I may be wrong) that you require by Chinese rules to have a local company partnering an external company (in our case Futura). Otherwise, I think it's pretty well a non starter.
