Australia funding is very close after the fund raise by United Hydrogen/ National Hydrogen .

United H2 Limited has launched a second round capital raise of $4,000,000 via the placement of 16,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at a share price of 25c.

This has delivered growth in the valuation of UHL's investee companies from $20 million in May 2023, to $74.5 million today, representing a value of 26.4 cents per share (with the current raising price being discounted from this to 25c).

On the corporate front, the Company has appointed a high-calibre, highly experienced, Executive Team and Chair, and is in advanced discussions with institutional investors and capital raising partners to build interest and demand for the planned listing.

This capital raise will support the continuing operations of the business, provide the necessary funding to meet the costs of the planned listing, and provide additional growth capital to further enhance the value of the UHL investee companies.

We're at the bottom of the barrel with research and fellow feedback..

Also, thanks for the data on Rotherham I am aware of Fusion One, and have been for a number of years, having looked at the process for an Engsolve client. I am not concerned by their announcement.
