I hope we get our gold assay results towards end of next week.....will give us ...more time to build up to them....and then....fingers crossed....good results...to give us proper lift......in the mix...during the presentation i hope....JDA is signed re-hydrogen...i know...chances are low....but it is possible..GL

very very strange.....yesterday they wouldnt let me buy...today they dont let me buy....yesterday i managed 3m as soon as they ticked up from 0.46 to 0.47 ask......today.....they are only letting small buys go through....at best 500k 100k etc.....those premium buys must be market orders....cant be fill/kill.....as they have failed me.....also...now they are lettimg you sell at 0.472....for some reason or another they are keeping the lid....on.......not for long though.....it could be......them cln;s over hang might be on last legs...and mm;s are working on this sell order ( just guessing )...if it is the case...then once gone.....we should move swiftly....towards and beyond 0.50p....

Sheikh has just given us £500k ( warrants ) add few 000'k we already had....we have PSF lined up...£45m when-ever needed....we also have WARRANTS at around 0.55p....for now....we are ok.....

We have MULTIPLE projects worth $BILLIONS.....i am sure....CHINAPOWER / CHINA COAL and SHEIKH have deep POCKETS...to lend us a hand if need be....

KEY FACT...

SHEIKH owns 20% of orcp....BROKER ( brandon ) owns 6.6%...CEO has 3.23% interest....she put in OVER £200k at 0.45 not long ago ( jan 21 )....all these parties have same INTEREST as us dilution will hurt them aswell....this is AIM anything is possible.....i added today...at 0.47p....at £12m...with all thats going on in background..i am very very HAPPY with my purchase.....funding issues were there few weeks back when we was at 0.30p level.....today we are 50% up from then...who knows where we could be.....in next few wks or so...

IF Northern Zone comes in with the goods next week ( gold assay results )....and or....HYDROGEN project ( expo20 Dubai presentation )....then it will be different ball game altogether......we can raise something like £1.3m from warrants in mid 0.50's without any problems...

RISKY??....yes...also very very REWARDING if things PAN out....

One thing i would like to ADD...when we ROSE last time....from 0.40p levels to 1.6p....some 2 years back.....warrants were exercised on the way up and down....this time around....WARRANTS ;eft in the KITTY = much much less..albeit £1.3m worth for us....

I dont have a CRYSTAL BALL so dont know what tomorrow is going to bring....BUT.....once again i feel very very confident with programme/events that lay ahead...

within NEXT 6 weeks...not only will we get N Z ASSAY results and Presentation at EXPO2020 Dubai....but also commencement of J EAST gold drill and possibly N Z phase 2 drill....thats 4 pieces of NEWS to look forward to in short space of time...others like....NEW PROJECT/ACQUISITION can drop anytime along with NEWSFLOW from THAR

All in All Future is looking bright...we have to take chances EARLY on to WIN big....right now...CONFIDENCE is low...HERD is no-where to be seen...fingers crossed all that changes from NEXT WEEK...

There are two events taking place NEXT WEEK...either one of them could see us RE_RATE big time...

1. Northern Zone Gold Assay results....if anything like Historical grades....then forget 0.40's....we most probably will never see 0.50p's again EVER....depending on RESULTS and VOLUMES i wouldnt be surprised....if we see TRIPLE DIGIT gains...

2. On Tuesday...Memon Presents us at Dubai EXPO2020..depending what comes out of their....IF +VE like JDA signed with SHEIKH / and POWERCHINA...then again....big BOUNCE coming imo.....remember last time when JDA was signed...between CHINA COAL / SHEIKH / ORACLE ...we did something like 0.40p to 1.60p in matter of days ( on top of my head ).....can not be ruled out again....

YES it could be a SPECTECULAR WEEK...lets hope so ( fingers crossed ) dependant on outcome of events and volumes....but i think the BIGGEST PLUS will be CONFIDENT/SENTIMENT returning in this stock.....to be fair and honest...right now....even without next weeks EVENTS....we should be well over £20M m/c...possibly even £30M/£40M...remember our back costs alone in THAR amount to just under £20M..which if needed could be claimed back at some point......ONLY thing holding us back is lack of CONFIDENCE....fingers crossed all this changes for the good NEXT WEEK...

Be4 Gold ASSAY results from NORTHERN ZONE later in the week or EARLY NEXT..would do us nicely...then it will be dependent on RESULTS...N MEMON did sound very very CONFIDENT re-uo coming results...in that AUDIO..fingers crossed...

And then we have EXPO 2020 presentation in Dubai re-HYDROGEN....i have a GUT feeling...just a feeling....JDA with regards HYDROGEN could be signed whilst she is in Dubai...it is almost EXACTLY 2 years ago to the day ( 16th of dec ).....JDA was signed between CHINA COAL / SHIEKH / ORACLE re-gasification coal to fertilizer....news on that front should be close aswell...

Last point...the reason why i say JDA must be close involving POWERCHINA / ORACLE and finally the SHEIKH...is because in the audio she said...SHEIKH has increase his holdings...and is showing confidence in our approach/direction....she said...something in the lines of....he likes this HYDROGEN approach we are taking.....remember last time ahead of JDA 2 years ago....SHEIKH loaded up....signs are there....he has LOADED up to 20%....ahead of JDA re-HYDROGEN......if has has shown his INTEREST and CONFIDENCE in hydrogen ( via audio )...then only makes sense for him to become part of CONSORTIUM..

Could be very very EXCITING few wks/mths ahead...as we enter RICH NEWS period...

What to expect in next few days/wks...

1. Northern Zone ...gold assay results...imminent
2. News/development re-hydrogen presentation in Dubai on 14th dec possibly JDA agreement between powerchina/sheikh/oracle.
3. In JAN we should start Jundee East Gold drill ( the one i am waiting for eagerly )
4. Also most likely in JAN..we will most likely do follow up diamond drilling at Northern Zone as indicated in presentation JAN is my prediction....could happen slightly be4 or after...i am sure they will decide once ASSAY RESULTS from lab are back,,,but they must have a fair idea..
5. Thar Coal Block VI...news can drop anytime...with regards to any one of 4 on going PROJECTS be it POWERPLANT / Coal to Gas / Coal to Liquid / Coal to Fertilizer
6. The one no-one is talking about....like we were surprised with NEW GOLD PROJECTS in WA...and NEW GREEN HYDROGEN PROJECTS...news on these came out of BLUE....it has been mentioned recently they are looking to ADD to our p/f...NEW PROJECT could be announced anytime...in what field it will be in...we can only guess,,,but imo it will be AS BIG as our current projects.

We was told 20 days of sampling at RED SETTER....all of us were counting DAYS down till the LAST...no rns came..re-sampling completed ...then we thought SAMPLES must be in LAB we will get RESULTS anytime soon....after wks and wks...BINGO.....they say DRILL at RED SETTER is about to start in a wks or so time...

that caught many by surprise....including me....i was expecting sample results albeit delayed.....To be honest even though its frustrating i have to give to CEO for element of surprise...not only in this last rns.....but the one before that re-COTTESLOE aswell....

I am not LTH in here only been here few mths,,,,so i dont know the ceo too much......but i do know.....he has missed time frames..etc...mostly...not through fault of his own...its mainly been down to COVID.....

I wouldnt be surprised if there came an rns tomorrow....stating we have found a GOLD NUGGET at red setter.....lol.....joking aside.....i would nt be surprised....if COTTESLOE and RED SETTER started to be drilled in PARALLEL ( maybe few days/wks apart )....ICEING on the CAKE......wold be.....if CEO managed 3 DRILLS on the go....including HALO drill....

i think its pay back time....FED/LOCAL GOVT knows...they need to keep foreign investors HAPPY ...how many companies listed here on AIM/FTSE which are based in PAK...??? as far as i know apart from us there aint any other......

PAK needs foreign investment ...to grow their economy....be it CHINA / DUBAI / OTHERS...

one way or another all of our projects will come good in time including THAR ...funds will be provided one way or another and wont be an issue imo...we have substantial backing muscle behind us....in way of CHINA COAL / POWERCHINA / CPEC / SHEIKH....and local GOVT in sindh..

At around current shareprice / market cap....not much can go wrong....market is slowly waking up to us...still lot of catching upto do in my view.....we have too much going for us....to be ignored...

On first look it might seem these are only 3 ASSETS..look again its not 3 but EIGHT (lets break them up)

1 HYDROGEN...this breaks into two categories
a. Solar
b. Wind

Combine both projects total cost comes to $2b

How will these projects be funded..at this stage we can only speculate..my guess is Joint Development Agreement will be signed by POWER CHINA/SHEIKH/ORACLE..main funder and stake holder being POWER CHINA most likely above 70% and SHEIKH around 15% leaving ORACLE with 15%..i believe same frame work will be used as coal mine POWER PLANT and Gasification projects..each party having to pay their own share..first two can look after themselves..with us we will need a lending hand possibly from POWERCHINA/SHEIKH also share can be allocated to local firms/govt for a FEE..we also have £45m from PSF signed in july 2020...Expo 2020 in Dubai on 14 December can bring in partners/funds

2 THAR COAL..this can be broken to 4 parts/projects
a. POWER PLANTS $6b-$8b project
b. GASIFICATION from coal to fertiliser $2-3b project
c. COAL2GAS $?
d. COAL2LIQUID (petrol/diesel) $?
We already know we are in PARTNERSHIP with CHINA COAL and SHEIKH re- a and b..most likely will be same two re- c and d ..funding to this regards again will be from mainly CHINA COAL / SHEIKH and £45m PSF signed in july 2020 maybe Banks from china/pak

3 GOLD..this comes under 2 categories in Western Australia

a. Northern Zone..30km odd away from SUPER PIT mine ( GOLDEN MINE )...here we have already drilled 7 holes ..ASSAY results pending ..should be with us in around wk or 2...further drilling already planned possibly within weeks (guessing)

b. Jundee East..7km away from JUNDEE MINE..maiden drilling programme to commence any day

we already had few £000's add on top of that what SHEIKH has just given us £500k (warrants)..technically speaking we should be able to drill J East with current funds..if further funds are needed we could TAP into £45m psf..timing and price will be chosen by us

We already know CEO has put in HER hard earned cash into orcp she now holds..84M shares..she bought £220k worth (49m shares) at 0.45p in JAN 21..SHEIKH has 500M shares..BRANDON (our broker) 173M shares..all of these parties have same INTERESTS as us..what i would like and i feel its fairly possible...is...them warrants at mid 0.50's to kick in (250M)..this would give us something like £1.3M further cash and bit of breathing place

ALL in all..its looking good and we are going in the right direction

MOMENTUM/SENTIMENT is turning for the good...hope we go back to them old days..where CONFIDENT levels are high and this BB is buzzing again..with new investors on board which ultimately will/should reflect in shareprice
