Thanks for your input Re £20,000 a year contract. i suspect the patients will be referred to premieres facility maybe on a once a week / fortnight/ month basis depending on demand. coupled with premieres other contracts it all adds up.gl tick tock. ps if its once a month x 1 physio probably adds up to quite a bit of profit on that contract alone.

Who helped spike lots of investors with the short squeeze fiasco ?

$4.8 million dollars equates to around £4 million pounds @ today's exchange rate . How much equity /cash do you estimate NEW to have at present ? Ile have a go . £1.2 million cash estimate £636,000 BS loan £ 500,000 possible listing value Fake Shiekh. Debt £ ? Bill Kelher debt £ ? Maybe another 2 to £300,000 I've missed . Shareholders really do need to know how long this legacy debt has been on the office desk . How much has the Big Sofa deal cost to set up . Do they envisage promp payment of the outstanding loan to BS ?

  -     On 19 July 2016, the second tranche of the £500,000 loan to Big Sofa Limited for working capital purposes, being £250,000, was drawn down in full.   -     On 1 September 2016, a further loan of £100,000 was provided to Big Sofa Limited on the same terms as the loan already advanced and as announced on 19 July 2016. Look how fast Big Sofa went through the second tranche of £250,000 ,coming back for more on the 1st of September ,IMO the £100,000 loan would have been gobbled up as well . Any ideas what revenue / profit big sofa are making at present ?

Imo I think the idea of the loan was never to pay it back ,it would just get lost in the RTO and be part of the enlarged entity ,now I think both companies are in a huge pickle . NEW with this financial legacy debt hanging over them. Big Sofa with having to find substantial cash to repay the loan and have sufficient cash to carry on . A bit of a mess to say the least . I really do wonder how long the directors of NEW have known about this legacy debt .

As a precursor to the Acquisition, the Company has also agreed to provide Big Sofa with a short-term loan of up to £500,000 for working capital purposes.  This loan will be drawn down in two tranches, with £250,000 being drawn immediately.   The loan will pay a coupon of 6 per cent., is secured by way of debenture and is fully repayable on 19 October 2016 in the event that the Acquisition does not proceed.  It is also envisaged that the Group will seek to raise additional funds from both existing shareholders and new investors to finance the development of the Group going forward.  So I think there was another £100 k on top ,I make it £636,000 owed immediately .

Maybe Big Sofa are writing a cheque out as we converse or maybe not . One of the major reasons about the RTO was too raise Funds through the market ,now that route seems to have gone out of the window . Where do you think the money's going to come from ,bearing in mind Big Sofa will need to raise at least double or treble what is owed to NEW , just to keep going .

See how long Big Sofa take to pay back the dosh for starters ,or is going to go the same way as the rest of the New World Oil bank loans ?
