Who was responsible for the short squeeze fiasco ?

Is this correct . Once the deals done ,the Big Sofa shareholders / directors will own 55% of the enlarged Big Sofa and the existing New World shareholders will own a collective minority stake of 45%. Meaning if there was ever a vote on anything the new world contingent would be out voted every time ?

Is big sofa going to pay the £500,000 back ? Any ideas ?
