Surely they aren't after more cash ? Mmmm

Is a big concern here ,coupled with poor revenue ,and poor management in regards to shareholders funds ,indecision ,changing course on a regular basis . Do they actually know what they are Doing ? Or are they there just to cream big fat salaries ,bonuses and expensives .

Could have let the company go bust ,and picked the pieces up for a song ,all this talk of an offer is just rubbish IMO it's just a trading tool ,I wonder if they will be quick to declare when they start Dumping .

IMO if they hadn't taken a large position the sp would be half what it is today ,or seeking alternative funding with Barclays probably breaking the company up

No way are peel going to pay an extra £132 million ish to take the company over ,wishful thinking don't you think ,and extremely ramptastic ,it seems the con men are out in force IMO

Nothing at all to do with the circa £600,000 of fees ! And probably screwing the price down to current levels making a fortune ,it wouldn't surprise me if effectively they have all the shares they have for next to nothing ( profits and fees combined ) I'm of the belief if they didn't take the accumulation course the placing wouldn't have happened kissing goodbye to the fees ,which would have meant the placing would have cost them arrangement costs . Put it this way where do you think the company / sp would be if they hadn't taken the accumulation course ?

Peel don't go over 30% ( 1p would value the the company @ £137 million ish ) really !

As thought large trade was a mm trade ,IMO they are having to soak up the sells to prevent the sp crashing .

I Don't think there's been an RNS on either board to state they've converted into Big Sofa Stock or the loan has been paid in Full. I seem to recall the loan was also repayable on demand . Was there also interest on the loan ? If it has been paid all well and good ,but if it hasn't been paid why not ,especially when they've stated a strong cash position at year end , I think the matter needs clarifying for all interested stakeholders / shareholders

Cant see anything specific to the repayment of the £600,000 loan on the New Board or here ,I did note in the accounts under payables outstanding ( loans and Borrowings ) £599,000 , so still not sure ,I sincerely hope the debts been paid and they aren't holding it back . Anyone else know if the loan has been paid back in full ?
