Bob Holt has mentioned on a few occasions that he would be disappointed if the the company didn't reach at least a �100 Million Mcap , I suppose the Aquisition announced on Friday with revenues of circa �77 million and growing is a Huge step to achieving his goal . Coupled with Totallys other buisiness Es we should see plenty of red dot flashing lights with contract wins IMO

Steady rise ,the market seemed to warm to the huge Aquisition ,just about every buy nudged. The sp up . Got a feeling the chart could be one of those that just keeps rising ! Especially when Bob gets into the knitty Gritty of the new Aquisition . Great structure to the Takeover , Cash ,shares and only �1 million to find if deemed payable ! Congratulations Team Totally ! Generating contract announcements ,meanwhile I suppose they are munching through the cash !

Revenue generating contracts ( Substantial ) Data sales figures ( substantial ) Realistic projections achievable ,is what the market demands ! Not this contract won ,contract won ,and then when the 6 monthlys come out the figures turns out to be the equivalent of a bad sited burger vans takings gross excluding grants .(�50k) Billions of data points we're mentioned ,then trillions , maybe they were talking about the share count heading in the same direction !

Lots of talk about monetizing this and that with very little evidence going by the 6 monthly performance , but sadly it seems that the only monetizing going on is into the staffs bank accounts ,in salaries and wages .

Evolving ,which is not that great for the 0.03p holders IMO 0.025 - 0.03p The 10% ers will probably keep this pegged back ! Might have a dibble @ 0.02p for a 50% play or maybe not .mmmmmmm,

Barclays received �375,000 cash from the �3.1 million raised leaving Prox with �2.725 million then Peel Hunts fees circa �600,000 . So when the company keeps banging on about the �3.1 million raised ,they aren't that keen on disclosing the net figure raised IMO

They recieved a cash payment when the placing was complete which you need to take into account.

As we know they tried to raise £5.3 million gross and only managed to scrape £3.1 million then fees were taken by Barclays ,and Peel hunt ,which together could have amounted to circa £ 1 million ,then there looks like there could have been numerous redundancies with circa 20 to 30 staff reduction ,then there's been running costs ,investment since the placing , they did say they had £400,000 cash and cash equivalent s in 6 monthlys ,but there was also payables . So IMO they will at some point search for circa £2 million ,the big question is when !

Totalling 100 million look like placing shares .
