Do you really believe Barclays wanted a fire sale of the assets to try and recoup their �2.5 million ? Just look what DPD went for ! Peanuts . Yes I do believe they will want to recoup as much as they possibly can , and the debt for equity was the better option .

And everyone's raving about a Directors �20 k, as I said Token IMO it was deflect the huge option award .

As soon as they get a chance to offload , the shares seem to return and more . I Do find it strange that a major shareholder has control of the market .

Re cash position and mcap ,Don't forget when the Barclays shares hit the market the share count will go up approx 29.9 % Re fundraise circa 20% of fees to be deducted ( peels cut ) then there was the Barclays payment to be deducted , then could there have been numerous staff pay offs + 3 and a bit months running / developement costs to be deducted . They tried to raise �5.1 million initially but only managed to scrape the bare minimum of �3.1 million gross . So IMO they are �2 million short of what they ideally needed . Yesterday's announcement will probably add circa �500,000 net to the balance sheet after costs and fees are deducted . So IMO funding will be needed at some point .
