For Months now ,and never a Holding Rns ( Manipulation IMO ) Personally the MTR Bod should contact the Broker to make sure everything's above board and there's no manipulation going on .

Really ? They've spent some serious Dosh after raising �3.1 million and selling the Digi Buisiness ,they had �1.1 million left ish @ year end . 16 staff out of that How many Bods ? And How many Indians ? And now another Bod !

In their opinion they reckon Q3 2019 to possibly be just profitable if I read it right ! ( if everything goes to plan ) The Question being how much further dilution till then ,and @ what price ?

Re Mr Kennedy seems to have taken a nice �50,000 Bonus for his contribution approved by the board I suspect ,and then seems to have dumped his placing shares not long after !

There's a significant buy order getting filled ,time will tell !

Just checked the 12th feb rns 111,200,000 15th march Rns 126,200,000 with a 15,000,000 purchase . It looks like the 7.8 million hasn't been added yet Rns to come I suspect when finalised .

A question to consider is the remuneration of the Directors ! It's difficult to actually know how much they are on ( re the accounts as some of them only had x amount of months employment for the year ) have they had a rise ? How can you really vote if you haven't got the whole picture ,worth the company clarifying before shareholders can really vote on that one IMO So with Barclays warrants and the potential of the authority to issue shares being exercised in full there could be more than Double the shares in issue Today ,For a consideration of just over �1 million pounds IMO that's some serious Possible Dilution !
