so where is the finalisation of the deal which increases the company's assets and why is this dropping every day - another drop today - I will wait till a rns is released confirming the sale - and then Im gone -

RNS is empty re-suspension but maybe we should try to read between the lines: 'This latest data represents strong steady progress on the path towards commercialisation of Nuvec®. We expect further results comparing the toxicity and transfection efficiency of Nuvec® against a wider range of existing transfection agents in a range of different cell types, over the next 3 or 4 months.' Is there something brewing here to do with 3 or 4 months., I am hoping there are clearer updates re-suspension - but maybe this could be an indication - just my view since I dont see any point in submitting this RNS - we have all seen it on twitter bar the three months bit, right?????

good to see someone is looking at possible legal action - i will join in if it comes to that - but we need to wait for the whole 6 months to elapse. the next rns might be positive but who cares - it really is whether before or at the end of 6 months, we are out of suspension and looking good. If not, legal action it is !!! Will be in touch by then petty cash

I would not say ONZ breached AIM rules. I would prefer to say they did not meet them. in particular RUle 15. There is a slight difference - a breach involves something u should not do - it is then done and you have therefore breached the rule. In this case, it was different - there was something for ONZ to do - they did not - so they did not meet the rule - either way - we are suspended and we need to wait - let's see - and yes I am like all of u guys hoping for something positive - But we do need to be wary -I do wonder - what is Cairns role - isnt he the guy who advises companies on AIM rules. how to meet them??? ONZ has not done so - a bit surprised here

Can I please ask that members still update this board too? Just a short account or one or two sentences would do. That would be great;y appreciated. Im here but am not interested in joining a twitter account. I do want to stay away from this until a RNS is issued. There is just too much talk - going out of business, RTO, everything is fine, no it is not. I do read occasionally and hope for the best but I am with others who believe that legal action is still an option considering how the board has acted. Let's see what the future brings !
