well timing is key SP7, so hope u time it right, This will climb, u only have to look at the BOD, their previous achievements and their currents buys of shares. I am building as I go - bit by bit. But am also focussed on other shares too. Like yrself, I do believe UPL will come good, Right now however may not be the best of timings. However, I have not sold all. Just waiting

So, what does everyone think ? 1) If this goes ahead, do we meet the criteria for re-admission and do we then satisfy AIM rules? 2) If we do become n4 and are out of the woods, what do people think? I do think it is a good move but will require time. NT was previously at OXP - took it from scratch to 20 mill or 40 mill mcap I believe. Any views guys ?? Cash

Cattleman, like yrself, I wont post on this board either for a while. The only thing I can think of is why would NT like tweets and include onz in tweets if there is no plan that lies ahead. As I have said before, I am not sure what will happen or whether nigel will come up with an excuse later but so far, he has liked tweets and included. There must be some kind of reason behind that. There has to be. Time will tell. But one thing is for sure. Gavin's rep is already in tatters but after this, so will Nigel's. His rep currently includes taking OXP to aim and leaving it off from nothing to 40 mill mcap. Let's see what happens now - adios for now

i feel for u kola if u put all yr savings in onz. Like u, i invested cos of nigel and not gavin. so if there is one person i am going after, it is nigel. I am waiting to see if he is going to make an appearance at the momentous events this year as he did last. But who knows - he knows he is in the spotlight and given ONZ's state, he cannot really go on bragging abt either n4 or onz

Thanks Anthony - let's see how things go - this so-called RNS on its way just does not seem to be coming and no one knows. One thing for sure is that N4 is moving forward - just a shame we are stuck in this situation - I really do hope that this works out. If not, this will be another one on my list not to be forgotten.

as petty cash said, does anyone here have any idea how mergers/acquisitions work and more importantly what happens to ONZ's stake in N4 if it does get delisted? Can someone buy out the stake ? Does it automatically mean that ONZ is no longer valid? I have no idea what the answers to these questions are but I would deeply appreciate it if someone out there does. Or maybe does someone have the cheek to put that question to GB???

I share petty cash's view which is why Nigel's tweets are all to do with we wait until ONZ is sorted. It is none of his business. He can then say - well we entered into an agreement with ONZ but it was not under our control. They failed to fulfil AIM regulations and so we needed to move on ..... I could see something like that happen. However, whether NT accepts it or not, his reputation will be tarnished as he was the one saying over and over buy ONZ. I wish someone had shown me GB's record. I was so naive to just go with NT and his comments ----- ah well we will know shortly I guess or at least by April. According to the recent emails, these things take time. !!

Well hopefully when a RNS does come through, it won't read 'the company is working relentlessly to either complete a RTO or an investment policy to fulfil AIM rules. It intends to keep shareholders informed.' I am hoping that there is a lot of substance to the next RNS, that it is not another reference to N4 but focuses on a relationship with N4 and sets out what the strategy is. Things may take time but that neither postpones or suspends the need to inform shareholders. What still bothers me is how it is incomprehensible how GB, Cairns and NT almost seem they had no idea this was going to happen - don't care what NT has to tweet - we really do need a positive end to this !

Speaking of NT, one final thought is what is he going to do now to drum up support for N4 because he quite frankly cannot. If ONZ owns 49% and what he has done for the past years is say invest in ONZ and you are investing in N4, then that argument no longer holds either. ONZ is suspended and his theory of indirectly saying believe in me is essentially misleading. So what happens now for him - can he attend any investor events - can he turn up at Momentous in 2017? Can he turn up anywhere???? We seriously need to think about badgering him to get an answer here too - he is not less negligent or irresponsible than GB. Surely, there must have been a lot of communication going on between the two Final thought - where is Cairns in this? He is the guy who advises companies on how to comply with AIM regs - what a farcical situation we are in? Ah well- enjoy the New Year guys - just some food for thought - let's get back all of us by 3rd Jan - cos we definitely need to start thinking and acting by then. ! ATB and Happy 2017!

Boxing day is done now- I very much doubt we will receive a RNS by the end of this week. Anything has to be next year now - so we are looking at something potentially as of 3rd January 2017. Can I please ask that those who received an answer from Gavin try to contact him again and see what the company is up to? In particular those who got an answer that there will be a communication in two weeks which clearly has not happened. I do not think contacting GB now will help or even till next week. Anything has to be as of 3rd Jan at least. Can those who got a reply, email or phone, please do so? I'm afraid I'm leaning towards we are done now ! No words from NT either !
