Think your a re right goldminer - there has to be a successful outcome here - let's see. I have sold a lot but that's because I dont know what the time frame here is. But it is worth parking and waiting. Just don't know how long for.

The difficulty with this share now is knowing when the court judgment will be issued and whether it will be politically influenced. I reckon the general has a hand in this which is why he has pulled out of negotiations. I have sold a large chunk here. Just not confident with this. But only left a bit to see whether one day this may come good. All the best to all investors and thanks for sharing views and info. Always appreciate a healthy discussion .

The 20 September update rns states they are confident of positive outcome from Supreme Court but unsure of date. Interesting to see here what align says. I would like to know how politically biased the court is or may be. Does the general have an influence ? If so then no chance for us?!!

Goldminer I think you are right. This should be close to the end now. With the meetings I think and this is my opinion alone what they are trying to say is the pressure is there. One way or another we are coming to an end. I do believe this is not a share to trade but one to invest in to see it return to its potential. Fingers crossed it does sooner than later

Latino Markets dropped Lion yesterday after good news. I don’t go with markets but news and what I think may happen. I think and I cannot stress this enough this is my opinion pfp is a long term hold. Maybe by end of March we will know but just my opinion and I could embe wrong but I believe pfp will come good cos of the dual track

I think it is positive. What is negative did they say we are done we are finished . There is only one option and that’s it. This may be a rns released due to pressure from Align. Who knows. So maybe it is working after all. Any thoughts from others ??

I’m going to agree with Dino. Let’s be cool. The rns that said that there is an alternative being provided is the one that inspires confidence. Hopefully we will celebrate soon

So, I have checked the RNS in September and October. We are relying on a decision from the SUpreme Court of Mozambique. But overall, it looks as if this is leaning towards the out-of-court agreement as the last RNS makes it clear that a Supreme Court decision does not need to align its position with a UK decision. But the September RNS is the clearest. We are now 4 months from that. So hopefully soon ??!!

Realist. I think you are right. Can someone else please check. I have found online that the court goes in recess in January for two Months. But is it he Supreme Court we are awaiting for or an English court decision? We need a bit more clarity here. I’m going to go read the rns again. Last question what happens if an out of court agreement is reached ? Would we need to wait for the courts to be back in action? I don’t think so right???

Thanks Looks good then. Hopefully this will be the resolution. In terms of a return and the mcap, I think it is difficult to call but guess would depend largely on terms and what the company would be left with. I would imagine a min of 10m mcap however

No actually knee does have a point which is a fair one. If there is no prospect then what is this valued on? This is why I asked for info about company and where this rumour has come from? Seems like good decision making when it comes to investing - where is the evidence, where are the facts, where is the cash, where is the asset - too many questions at present - good points knee !
