Burnell does not have a good past record - I wish I had known that b4. I went with Nigel, his presentation at momentous, his buying of the shares and his upbeat tone. Was enough for me. If he is buying and pumping the company up, then he has his own stake. However, yes things can go wrong here - N4's tweet was not abt n4 it was abt the faith in ONZ. So, I can only imagine that NT is working something here - his reputation is on the line. And if it turns sour, as I said yesterday, then his rep is in ruins forever. You don't come back from these kind of incidents - he did big up ONZ at the momentous events - that will forever a stain on his rep

Good question - who did you ask at ONZ and btw - has anybody else phoned or got any other answers just out of curiosity - I did not try getting in touch with Gavin again as everyone who has spoken to him here seems to be reiterating the same thing - got in touch with the advisors Cairns - they can't say anything and as mentioned yesterday, the tweet on N4 is positive. But if there is an RTO, that means ONZ has six months to get this done - here is the question - does that seem likely?

NT has 28 mill shares in ONZ and went on the record on momentous events as asking PIs to buy into ONZ cos of N4. Find the youtube interview - long 11 mins. This goes sour - his reputation goes sour ! So, if he has said, he is not bothered, then it probably means that he knows why - he did actually buy more in July, if I am not mistaken. I hope I am right here

have u read Luke's background - he was or maybe still is part of the LSE board in advising AIM companies on mergers, acquisitions etc. so surely he has to know here what is going on with the company in terms of fulfilling its stated investing policy ----- I just hope this works out now

well good luck with yr meeting - at least if he was willing to answer questions, then maybe he has answers - often CEOs just run in these situations. With all the investments ONZ has made, there must be a successful way back to relisting and increasing in value

I second your thoughts rachelsdad but in all honesty I should have done some more research abt Gavin - I went straight with Nigel's buying of the shares - hopefully - u r right pal ! but the investment has to be 75% natural resources - or an RTO - maybe RTO with N4 then?????

WRN is tricky in all honesty - it is a big investment they have got their hands on and sometimes these things just work out that way - Im in SILF - that's stuck too - I m not blaming the BOD - u just need to wait till they sort something out but I did believe that ONZ's current investments would amount to an investment policy. Hopefully a RNS can clear things. Im sure though that Nigel will not let things slip from here - 6 months is a long while to get things sorted and insofar as getting things done are concerned, the company has made investments - it is simply a matter of confirming whether these all now meet LSE requirements.

Let's hope so Forrest and I leaning towards yr thinking too - NT's investments and the fact that N4 are invovled - let's see what this second investment is abt thanks for the responses btw !

Thats not the point JFK, it is not whether they have invested - it is whether their investments are deemed to constitute an investment policy in accordance with the LSE- AIM rules. So, now the company has uptil April 2017 to get this sorted. The only glimmer of hope I have here is that Nigel has 16% of the shares - bought abt 25 million - I dont know whether Gavin has bought but Nigel has. So, hopefully something has to happen here and I am also hoping N4 have a role to play. Gavin does not have that great a reputation as a CEO. I bought cos of the N4 connection - hope this takes off and gets back on track. I have way too much bad luck on AIM investments - seriously !
