it is very nice especially in the algarve- best golf courses and beaches - food superb and temp today is 25 degrees - not to shabby for october - also since the start of coronavirus in total around 1600 cases since march in the Algarve !!!- the north is worse porto lisbon but that a few hours away - a very civilized way of living here

not negative at all - just talk about facts - the RI is a degrading raise for a company of this stature- i would recommend as many other brokers i have spoken to in not taking up the rights issue-not taking shares at 0.32 as the general consensus in the city is that RR are very very weak at the moment and there s to much uncertainty and people are pinning there hopes on testing-vaccines bla bla bla- this means RR future is completely reliant on outside factors which makes it at best a PUNT

in your assessment of rolls royce have you factored in the huge losses they will have in Q3 and Q4 ???

they dont make cars - sold to bmw years ago- maybe they used to be a top engine maker but lost all their credibility with the way they have dealt with their debt issues and how they have shafted investors- so come on here with facts not stories !

many holders will be selling tomorrow with a feeling of betrayal by the BOD or rolls royce- no confidence spells no profits or turn around - a share raise of this magnitude stinks and shows they have lost control of their spending and overheads- do you really want to put your hard earnt money into a company when you cant trust THE BOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!

It does if people think the share price will go up and are confident in what they are investing in- there is no confidence in the market place in RR shares or the idiots running the company of their future - it is a punt at best !!!!!

sharefall - good idea - in october/november they will report q3 losses - what do you think they will be 2-3-4-5 billion- it wont be attractive - thats why they are reeling everyone in like fish for a RI before they announce more disturbing losses !!!!!!!!!!!

this is very interesting- i wonder if they will report 3rd quarter losses which will be huge before or after the 28th October- the responsible thing would be to tell investors their 3rd quarter losses before closing the RI day- being the snakes the BOD of RR are they will probably conceal the loss until after the RI and they have suckered everyone one in.

I have not been wrong thus far- please please be careful with this company and your hard earnt money.

personally i dont think the rights issue will be taken up as shareholders have lost all confidence in the BOD who have demonstrated their complete inability to run a PLC - they have done so much wrong and so little right-

why risk buying more share even in a RI - the lies and deciept to shareholders makes one believe there is more to this than meets the eye.

if Warren East and his merry men stood up publicly and said to support RR we are all taking a massive pay cut in view of the situation and the private jets and chauffeured cars are going then i think shareholders would be happy that they were taking some pain to - but here we all are again being asked to put more hard earnt money which many people dont have in these difficult times into a RI for them to what - miss manage miss spend screw up again- lets face it this is to sure up their balance sheet to cover up all their bad decisions in the business !!!!
