because i think whatever they do now will not work and they have a huge predicament and problem now- it could take weeks and weeks to get board and shareholder approval for a RI- selling ITP could take weeks or months - funding from arabs may or may not happen and anyone funding them will take a huge advantage out of RR due to the mess they are in- arabs are rich because they have no scruples. given all this the price will go down to guess what - JP morgans pricing 80p or below.
