I hope you can tell the difference between someone down the bookies saying a horse looks like a good punt, to someone creating an investment group on telegram and posting screenshots of made up WhatsApp messages supposedly between them and the CEO of an AIM listed company suggesting things are going well when they weren’t, right before a placing.

I just don’t like to see people get duped online by people like Jasper. My father has been a victim of fraud in the past, there are a lot of scrotes about ramping worthless stock and people buy it up. £10k invested last month now worth less than a grand but Jasper still ramps away.

Bets have been made and the casino is now shut (possibly for good)? Will it ever return, who knows, what will happen if it does? Your guess is as good as mine - dilution, loans etc only time will tell. Maybe Jaspers telegram group can come up with something.

So at $75 a barrel they ‘believe they could’ generate $2-3m a year revenue even thought it’s currently producing water instead of oil and the ESP is still failing… with OPEX currently $2.5m in 6 months time they ‘could’ get this down to $1.3m if the majority of the board leave (presumably with a big payoff that isn’t stated). They will be able to defer their monumental debts until after the current board have left and been paid off (maybe). Because of this they can’t publish their accounts (why?) so the shares will be suspended….

Jasper you can try polish a turd all you want but £10k invested last month is now worth less than £1k, the company raised recently to fund the side track because otherwise they couldn’t afford to do it, the side track has been done and the money spent, but no income as a result, I’d say I can have a pretty good guess at the current cash position.

The shares are being suspended because they haven’t published their accounts in time, I’d say that is totally within their control. I’m not sure what the failure of this well has to do with publishing their accounts, other than the fact they don’t want to show how little money they have as a result of their failures.

Averaging down here is like trying to cover up the smell of a fart by farting.

Many sucked in by Jaspers rumour last week now nursing heavy losses, glad I managed to sell on the spike otherwise I would be thousands down now but instead made a very good profit, that’s AIM unfortunately there will be winners and losers and this isn’t child’s play.

Maybe the creditors will come after shareholders of the business for the debts of beacon can’t pay up? Is it possible for a share price to go negative? The ways things are going you’re going to have to pay someone to get rid of these!

They need about £5,000,000 to keep this afloat, that includes paying what they owe and a new sidetrack. At current prices they would need to issues 111 billion shares.

Sounds to me like they are fed of of rumours and happy to have this suspended whilst they sort out a placing to raise the funds needed to continue. It did say in their presentation online today ‘subject to funding’. At 0.00005p a share I wonder what they will place at?
