I think you make a valid point insofar that there will be a significantly rising demand for REM across the globe. Demand is likely to outstrip supply for many years and it will be a poignant moment if PRE can catch the wave of the demand curve increase. Other players will rise speculatively too, so the sector as a whole has a bright future. When you think that 650kg of Magnet goes into a 3 MW wind turbine, you get the idea that, with the massive increases planned in North Sea alone, there is huge demand coming on stream. Consolidate this with a supply chain requirement for all of the established car manufacturers whom are still playing catch up on EV, then we know the sector will Struggle to keep up globally, for an extended period. All miners in this space will float on the rising tide

I’m equally befuddled. Patience and grit pay off some of the time. I’m in this till 55 or takeover. It’s a long stretch, but it’ll be absolutely worth the wait. That it I’ll be trading daily till I’m 90 ;~)

A pretty “ordinary” RNS detailing joint broker and new company secretarial services.
Nonetheless, PA comments demonstrate the ESG focus of this company, how they intend to position themselves, not just from a outside view, but how they intend to sell the product and to whom. Cosying themselves up to relationships with their potential customers. These guys do things with intent and with an eye on the very long game. I like it.
Of course we all have our own opinions, so DYOR.

I’m pretty certain in fact it’s not RKH selling. Why risk FCA fines for not disclosure. There is no appeal for them either if they are. It’ll be reputation and financial suicide on their part. Please, unless we see a TR1 from them, just realise it’s market mechanics. Lots of us own 250k + shares.

I had the same issue with Stocktrade. But rang ‘em up yesterday morning and it was all sorted in 20 minutes. Just give HL a call, or saying that I might do that as my SIPP is with them....but let me know if/when you do. It just takes someone to ask them.

I believe you’re correct in your assumptions. CM was [probably] appropriately vague on specific timing of the drilling commencement. After all, I think they were still awaiting results of the pathfinder samples. Nonetheless, the Covid situation probably isn’t helping with the restrictions we are seeing reported in Oz.
That said, I’d expect some news in the next 10 days or so [vague], when we should see a drilling plan either presented, or a firmer date for it’s commencement.
Happy to take another £150k just before lunch, so all in order here.

The board here is eminently sensible and contributes well, IMO. You’ll pick up lots from many on here whom have taken the time to dig into the detail and make educated statements. Stick with these, If you can, as IMO, this is a well rehearsed plan. Sure, there will be inpatient times, but that’s good explorers and developers; it’s the territory.

Yes resolution 8 & 9. This fits in very neatly with the non exec option vesting thresholds, and suggests that as we near that mcap and vesting threshold, a raise of £1m is bound to occur. It also helps us meet our funding requirement for wudinna to ensure we attain our earn-in. I don’t doubt there will be another resolution in next years circular for a commensurately increased amount too. None of which gives me any concern and is all in the plan.

You mention booms. Interesting, as energy is now beginning its true transition phase. Energy has boomed since fractioning of crude oil, but its never really transitioned since. The internal combustion engine and power stations have stayed pretty much the same since inception, but we are approaching a precipice where a leap into renewables is seen as the route to growth. For S/H in these assets, there are still high political risks to navigate and no doubt some trade posturing, but I jumped in @ 21p aaa day have bought all the way up and on dips. There just ain’t that much Rare earth metals around.....

Just to confirm, for completeness and accuracy of understanding, Cobra is main market, not AIM. It’s any even bigger reason why it’s so attractive. They are limited to issuing a maximum of 20% warrants/options of Mcap in any one year. So, as Mcap rises, they can raise more, which they will need to do to fulfill their spending obligations for the 75% earn in. But it’s not a lot of cash that is required, which is a massive win win for us all.
Slowly getting up to 1million shares here and not selling. GL everyone involved - a hugely positive week. Very little liquidity on this when wanting to buy, as many of us are holding these very tightly.
