There’s plenty in FF, but I’m guessing we are all holding on quite tightly. There’s a few sells, naturally, but there’s always got to be for the buys to break through.
I’ve got a busy week, but I’ll check in from time to time. GRidge has potential, but it looks likely organic growth in the short(ish) term.

Morning 123 and SpotYes, we are pleasant folk, mostlyI believe you could be close to the mark 123, but we are now in a period of limited updates, at least for a month, meaning we could see this trickle back a bit as impatient investors seek other opportunities. I’ve only got 1.5m of these, but I’d still stick with them and get to 2, if a trickle down of any note occurs. The problem with investing in news driven shares is that they are often invested in by folks who are driven by fleeting emotions, and when the news doesn’t come as expected, other emotions cloud and smother the original emotion....they have short memories. I guess the next really useful piece of news, in respect of this transaction, will be the strategic plan and forward looking statements. Completing the contract will not see this share scream north east, without the substance backing it up.Holding.

Well, I’ve got my thoughts...could be one or two things. 1. Genuinely Covid has held up things, although unlikely 2. Re-negotiations or fine tuning terms is causing delays to the agreement, or rather certain things the vendor needs to promise before this can complete. This would have come up in DD, hence ‘satisfactory’ rather than good.

Well technically HAA has done an in-specie transfer; most likely anticipating a Significant capital gain, which of course, will be free of tax inside the pension. Something brewing....

Dan (I think) had stated that the drilling costs are £125/m, so if we are drilling 6,750 metres, then the costs are approximately £850K. 34% of which is £286,875 and if they are taking shares at a price level of 2.2 -2.3, then this would amount to anything between 12.5-14.5 m shares.

It's certainly beginning to look positive with a steady stream of buys, albeit mixed volumes.
I even topped up a little myself this morning.
I'm happy to maintain my accumulating for now. News should be forthcoming; hopefully this will strengthen the movements this is experiencing.

Yes, a positive update. I do note, however, that the 10,000metres is now confirmed as 6,750metres. Nevertheless, it does caveat this as stating during H2 2020, so perhaps there is more follow-on drilling planned for 2021. It makes sense to "leave 'em wanting more", allowing a further RNS late in the year to detail the additional 3,250metres. No doubt, the earlier results from the RC drilling will help determine where they then focus this additional drilling.
So, all said, a very positive outlook and one which could help see this rise steadily over the coming weeks and months

Yes, there will be steady newsflow for a few months now.
"Significantly, the Company also expects to achieve its Stage 1 earn-in commitment with its JV partner Andromeda Metals Ltd (ASX:ADN) of A$2.1m shortly after the completion of the first program. This will see the Company secure it's initial 50% stake in the Wudinna Gold project."

I think the drilling costs were based on a much smaller drill programme and so you may find that the increase to 10,000metres changes the numbers a bit. I imagine it was a fixed cost in terms of per metre drilled. So with more than doubling the metres drilled, I would imagine this will double the costs, plus that projection was way before Covid stuck it's oar in....
I don't think it really matters in the longer run, but we will see.

There are one or two playing this and I’ve got my own agenda. Buy, accumulate and hold. And I’m holding tight. I’ve only got 1.1m, so peanuts for some, but I’ll get to 2 before Christmas and keep going. I’ll take shares off the table, and I’ll do my utmost to reduce liquidity for the de-tampers. But I’m just one guy, so I’ll just plug on regardless.

I don't wish to pry into your business, but I'm pretty sure that you said last Sunday that you want this to get to 4p quickly so you can offload and move into other plays. That kind of runs contrary to what you say today - what with you running down management (consistently) (and I'm still awaiting a straight answer as to why you believe management are doing a poor job), claiming there are better gold plays etc. I doubt many are underwater here if they have bothered to work their averages well, and with upcoming drill plan, it seems to me, correct me if I am mistaken, but again, it seems to me, that you are inferring there are de-rampers here, and without being too unfair, I don't believe you are objectively placed to talk about or infer there are de-rampers.
I don't wish to get into a debate, but I'd be keen to hear why, other than CM missing a wee deadline, you believe mgmt have not performed well. Please keep it to the facts, because this I can understand. Hyperbole and chucking grenades is just going to wash over me, and everyone else here. So please, can you answer this objectively?

I don't think it really bothers any of us long term holders here. Most of us are in this for the longer term. I appreciate you want out, and that's your exit, so good luck when it comes. I'll take opportunities as they come and build up to our target of 1% holding before Christmas, so any de-ramping only benefits people like me.....so I'd try not to appear to de-ramp, particularly as you are looking for such an early exit. Just something to think on.....

I am more annoyed at CM for letting himself down.
I still invest, and am here until my exit point. With 1.1m shares and growing, I have some belief in the process. Wish I could allocate more, but other stuff going on, like all of us, I guess.

Botak, I’m not the least surprised by your disappointment and frustration. Think it might be a bit strong, but I get your position completely. It’s really silly to miss your own target. Someone perhaps had too much cake and ice-cream when they wrote the RNS earlier in the week....sugar rush and excitement guaranteed.
Well I topped up a wee bit towards the end, as I march on towards a tidy holding.
