JJ Just a little advice, day trading is in effect gambling unless you have many ,many years experience, do not under any circumstance risk what you cannot afford to lose.
Do not day trade outside the F350, you need to be very confident in your planned entry & exit, without fail.
Are you prepared to do that?
Fender5 is very dangerous poster on this board to a novice, and appears to be making albeit very small gains enticing others to do the same.
He appears to be wealthy enough to take a one off misstrade, however over the past year he has made some big losses £2000+ multiple times if you check out his posting history.
Taking small amount profits takes time to recover from these misstrades, he has never openly disclosed his P&L status, however, my guess is (from his posting history), he is underwater at the moment and will be for some months yet, even without another bad misstrade.
He openly states he does it for Fun and the Buzz that is fine by me, but can be a danger to a novice.
'When a man with money meets a man with experience, very soon the man with experience, has the money
and the man that had the money, has a little experience'
For clarity I also day trade and over many years I feel I am competent at it, however, any profits I use for small treats, seldom producing more than 15%, or if lucky double that.
Remember divi shares can always beat PBs and give you potential growth for example LGen is a core staple in my portfolio yielding 8.5% annually and this year showing share price growth.
All in my honest opinion, good luck whatever you do
Have a great weekend.
