MTL only needs to drill 10, shallow holes to confirm if Dupax is viable.

He was expecting the EP any day now as the permit just needs the last signature and it is waiting on the right person's desk. As soon as we get the EP we are good to go.

I do remember someone posting on this board how badly the SP will be hit if Mellon decided to sell his shares. Couldn't have been any further from the truth with that statement.

CCC - So Broomtree invested in Condor when Ortega the dictator was already in power. Interestingly he said he invested when Nicaragua was still a democracy yet the 2008 and 2011 elections were marred with controversies such that aid payments from the EU were suspended because of them.

So Broomtree thinks that intimidation, violence and harassment of political opponents, as well as not allowing national and international observers to witness the election for the first time since 1990 is okay in a democracy.

Let's not forget the investment record. 100% profit from Condor. Impressive? Not over 12 years it isn't.

Broomtree - I've lost count of the number of times that I have pointed out your falsehood about "MTL not being currently cash flow positive" since you posted that statement a few months back.

MTL's subsequent 1st quarter results for 2025 have most certainly proved that you were lying.

Maybe you should report your own posts as well for the same reasons.

Broomtree points out that the Nicaragua risk would be foolish to ignore and yet remains invested in Nicaragua!!

Nicaragua has been run by dictators for the majority of my lifetime and I'm 55 years old. The Nicaragua/dictator risk has always been there even when it was supposed to be a democracy. The threat of the elected governing body being overthrown was always there in the background as Ortega had accomplished it once before.

MTL investors are happy to be invested in the Philippines and the former Condor investors were happy to be invested in Nicaragua. Both sets of investors have evaluated the associated risks and are happy to remain invested here, hence the enormous demand for MTL shares that has driven the share price from the 5.7p offer price up to today's 10.5p.

Broomtree - with Ortega being in charge since 2007 you would have had plenty of time to have realised that oops, I've invested in a company that is based in a country that is run by a dictator.

Why is it only now that this seems a problem to you?

Remind us all again Broomtree why you initially invested in Condor with Nicaragua being such an inhospitable state for investors and businesses.

That's exactly what I was thinking LMA. Another multi million ounce gold prospect on our doorstep.

Darren certainly seemed excited to just be thinking about picking that up for peanuts.

If the Condor project gave us an 80% uplift from the 5.7p offer price then just wait for the announcement that we have another multi million ounce project for practically free.

The Newcrest name drop is the biggest hint to me that Darren maybe looking at yet another multi million ounce gold discovery.

No wonder Drachs is still buying millions of shares at 10p+. She's looking at dividends of over 10p a share based on $1b revenues from La India and Dupax from 2028 onwards.

That's as accurate as your statement that MTL were not currently cash flow positive a few months back.

The Quarterly Update to 31st March 2025 shattered that myth with the following :-

"Finance

· Q1 2025 positive free cash flow of US$23.5 million (Q4 2024: US$22.5 million)."

You've probably conveniently forgotten that lie that you put forward.

Pedro61 - You ditched MTL a week ago for THX citing that there are big sells coming for MTL. MTL are 5% up on that week while THX are 2% up. Hmmm.

Lordloadsoflolly - There was no Drachs TR-1 issued for the April tranche but because the shares were bought from Candy in a private off market deal, Candy had to issue an RNS. The naysayers spooked the weak MTL holders by saying that the major shareholder was dumping his shares and selling ensued, thus the share price dropped on these false statements.

I posted at the time that someone seriously wanted in but the derampers had a field day until the first Drachs TR-1 was issued after their second tranche was bought from Candy in another private, off market deal.
