The first two tranches of shares were bought from fellow property developer Candy in private off market sales.

They are practically neighbours in Monaco.

Their interests here are aligned and they have both helped MTL to get to where it currently is.

Major4legs - Earlier TR-1s listed Helga Evans as the shareholder and then later ones reverted to listing Drachs.

The first TR-1, at just over 10%, was definitely attributed to Helga Evans.

I think that Drachs buying Mellon's shares has negated the impact of his sells and has helped to attract other wealthy individuals who are clearing up PI sells.

As I posted the other day, the above situation, combined with DB doing the PR rounds on a much more frequent basis and a general fear of missing out, I believe is creating a perfect storm to drive the SP forward.

I said when Candy's first TR-1 was issued, indicating that he'd sold just under 3% of his shares, that someone seriously wanted in. Some posters on this board were wetting the bed in panic but I was proved absolutely spot on.

Let's wait and see just how much of the company she wants to own.
