Lee - I may have misremembered an interview with Darren where I thought he said the cost of the floatation tank was about $1m. There was a much larger figure also mentioned where he said that Runruno could be packed up and moved to one of the three other ore bodies elsewhere in the world that he is aware of that requires BIOX circuit processing.

Ah, something has just flicked on in my old memory bank. Darren spoke about small processing plants that are about $1m from China which I think was part of the pre-Condor plan for when Runruno ore ran out and there would have been a production gap while Runruno plant was being repurposed from Dupax ore. All of which is now irrelevant but hanging around in my head lol.

Pj70 - Current market cap had been hampered by cyanide contamination which culminated in a 6 week shutdown. Procedures now in place to prevent this happening again. Large shareholder continuing to offload the remaining 3% of shares now that Drachs has stopped purchasing shares since reaching 20%. Zero further TR-1s issued from Drachs confirming this.

So negative sentiment from shutdown and continued selling pressure has created the lower m/cap.

Steady state production achieved for the previous 6 years with one short shutdown (~ 3 days) due to the annual monsoon season so not really any need to incorporate 4-6 week shutdown periods into future guidance figures.

You state we are less than 12 - 18 months away from producing in excess of our current market cap then later ask if La India will commence on time or will there be a period of no production? Darren has stated in a recent interview that La India is slightly ahead of schedule and on budget and schedule for first pour is Q4 2026 so it looks like it will be on time.

MRE for Dupax will have to be produced to enable an accurate mine plan to be developed and the only additional capex required is for the additional CIL flotation tanks that will allow Dupax ore to be processed at Runruno. I believe that is expected to be in the region of $1m IIRC. Costs for transporting ore and waste between Dupax and Runruno will be incorporated in the AISC.

Once FCF is hitting the bank account when we have production from two mines then I believe we will be valued more accurately and less speculatively.

The previous major shareholder, who's shares were bought by MTL for 5p each, would receive an additional payment (production fee) per oz of gold mined and produced within the Runruno FTAA area over and above the remaining oz's plus 5% at the time of the sale. Dupax is outside of the FTAA area and therefore is not covered by the above agreement.

Yeah Peter, people were saying that about the dam nearby. They'll never get the funding. They got the funding. They'll never build it, it would have been built already, wars, earthquakes, unrest, weather, ice-cream shortages, etc. It's now built.

I merely pointed out that he may be more staggered by someone who only posts on this board and isn't invested in Kefi. My first purchase of Kefi shares was in August, you can check my posts again to confirm that. I saw that Kefi (mcap ~ £55m at time of first purchase) was about to become massively derisked and decided to invest in a company that was about to start it's journey to finally becoming a producer along the well worn lassonde curve (but you believe that Kefi will be one of the companies that doesn't follow the said curve as you have frequently stated). It's an investment strategy that has served me well, ymmv.

I'll quickly run through your questions:-

5p - Finance sign off priced in so that is why not 5p.

20p - Yes.

Saudi cash - £10m from finance sign off.

5p again - I refer you to my previous answer. Equity detail is minor in comparison to the bank sign off but will be definitive for entities that are waiting for the detail before investing.

Tick tock messages - Just noise. Much like your facts that aren't facts messages - more noise.

Ore reserves - whatever is JORCed by the company. The rest is just noise, see above.

Saudi value - Not material at the moment in my view but there is a possibility that the £10m mentioned from sign off could be strategically used in Saudi to gain a bigger foothold.

Buy out - I don't envisage one so irrelevant to me.

Mad statements - I enjoy pointing out hypocrisy on these boards. To me, you appear to be one of the biggest hypocrites on the Kefi board.

Bonkers - it was pointed out that the SP was 1.7p before the banks signed and then reached 1.99p when the banks signed.

So why did the SP rise from 0.44p to 1.7p before the banks signed?
