i would echo that they don't know what they are doing...why choose usa?.. presumably detracts from the fact that they have failed miserably in uk and eu...so spouting usa ..usa..usa as target market and multi million market is just jam for the thick

i honestly can't see them getting anywhere in usa....can't wait to see the lack of progress reported - with the usual "confident" and "optimistic"....

remember when i was scathing about them trying to seek approval in usa for lft for pro use. remember i said what is the point the benefit of lft is a muppet could use it..not a pro test

we never heard anymore = even though they touted that as their target market.

One has to wonder if odx have good insurance in a litigation minefield like usa?

but what makes you think it's going to be a complete horror show? POOR OMPANY RN BADLY AND CANT SELL A TEST IN A PANDEMIC. TARGET MARKET OF USA IS TOO DIFFICULT WITH A PRODUCT THAT IS NOT RESPECTED. LETS BE HONEST COULD THEY EVEN HAVE POTENTIAL LAW SUITS IF SOMEONE AVOIDS FOOD THEY SHOULDNT?

The company is coming out of a major overhaul of the business, with assets and parts of the business sold off. YES THEY SOLD OFF THE GOOD BITS

Last year was when the overhaul started so it's expected that the SP would suffer from that. REALLY? SOME ON HERE WERE SAYING EXACTLY THE SAME STUFF THEY ARE TODAY

Added to that the case with the DHSC. YEP THEY STILL OWE THE CASH. IT IS NOT GOING AWAY. WHAT IF/WHEN THE GOV DECIDE TO GO TO COURT AS THEY MUST AS SOME STAGE TO RESOLVE

Things should start to stabalise now that the CD4 business is gone as well as the 93 staff. Added to that all manufaturing has been transfered to Cambridge with the Alva site now obselete. VERY OLD NEWS - LONG PAST ALL THAT. THE EFFECTS ALREADY BEEN SEEN IN SP

This should mean lower overheads and more focus on the nutrition and health business.LOWER OVERHEADS BUT ALL NOW MUST BE PAID FROM HEALTH AND NUTRITION, WHY THE COMPANY IS IN ANOTHER MAKING LOSS YEAR.

Atan - agree that many of the LTH are either stubborn (refuse to accept a loss and they got it wrong) or inertia (can't be bothered or not worth it). of course some may need showing how to click the sell button!....they are some thickies on here

the lack of liquidity goes both ways - it will easily drop 10 % on update rns

some of the pump and dumpers will start getting out - eg fakey - so we will be lower by update day anyway...

could be 2.4-2.5 p by close of play the day before ..then 10-15% drop on the actual day - if no bad news

personally if i really believed in the company - i would sell now and buy back cheaper after update.

1) £4m in bank with no deferments - anything below will be a disaster as it demonstrate they haven't slowed the cash burn. Below £3.8m and they are in trouble. THIS IS THE BIG QUESTION FOR ME. CASH BURN ALWAYS INCREASES

2) Sales recovered from last years dire performance - (rev down 12% last yr to £7.5m) Would expect to see revenues tracking to at 2022 levels at least (which were poor at 8.5m) - anything below £5.25m will be bad as they had to carry £2m from last yr..SPOT ON..THERE WILL BE NO HIDING HERE

3) White label products - understand why the delay in launch and news with adjusted revenue and margin expectations

4) Additional comms payment - this should be on the books by now ("up to" £1m)...YES..IT SHOULD BE IN BY NOW - OR ELSE THERE ARE DOUBTS ON HUCH MUCH THEY WILL ACTUALLY GET

5) News of ongoing dispute with tax payers money - not expecting news. If just "confident" noise then it won't be good! WILL BE TOLD THEY CANT SAY ANYTHING. AT SOME POINT THE GOV WILL PROB TAKE THEM TO COURT

6) News on search for new site - would expect them to have located somewhere to replace the failed relocation and negotiations underway at least.

7) News on US revenues and margins (and regulatory approval for medical devices) - unless this has significantly grown from the 2 machines already announced then they are playing. NOT EXPECTING ANYTHING HERE - OR WOULD HAVE HAD AN RNS

8) News on success of App - this remember is central to the USP they are offering as a service wrap. Expecting to see strong numbers for use. If not then it will speak volumes. WASTE OF TIME

9) News on China market revenues and margins - strong repeat sales needed. NOT EXPECTING ANYTHING HERE

10 ) News on CFO - I am expecting an announcement. It has been 3 months now so failure to recruit a strong candidate will be a big red flag. I DON'T THINK THEY WILL BE BRINGING ANYONE IN..SUSPECT BOARD MEMBER WILL BE "COVERING"...AMONG HER MANY OTHER JOBS
