Atan - i think it was more of a case of him trying to justify sp wich is drifting down / trying to negate any critical posts / trying a very low level ramp - all that is left.
still makes a change from quoting the quare fellow over on advfn

5-0 is doing jackanory again...lol
i don't agree with shorting - i think it is a scummy way of earning a living and can destroy companies and rob investors.
that being said - how could you short cnsl?
there arent enough trades to evidence someone pre selling shares to drop the price. there are no shorts disclosed on the relevant bodies.
check lse - even they have nothing listed on the relevant tab
you know this - hence why you tried to excuse it in your post
spread betting - i know nothing about. however i suspect for it to work you would need a) lots of shares being traded and b) significant movement.
cnsl is flat lining most of the time. who would match your bet in the opposite direction?
the small sels which you consider well timed and strategic to hit sp - i go with occams razor..people eventually sell up as they either need the money or have finally given up on the share . the amounts are small because that is all that is left of their much larger amount that they initially invested
critics on here have got it right time after time...the proof i hear you ask?
look at the sp - it is 1.75p above the historic low and a whole £1 below its high. that is the real story.
i would also believe the company - when they tell you this will be yet another loss making year then you better believe it
lets be honest if that last sentence is all you have to ramp with - maybe a trip down the pub with your mates mate who knows the bar tender that serves the gracious fellow?..lmfao
Exactly cold spy - the finance of the debt wont be a problem to some.
wood had sorted it out much more debt previously - the only possible thing against them at the moment is that the current management would be better at working as clowns in a circus
Ii hold 50-60% of the shares. Actually in theory they have another 5-6% in shorts ..which technically they own as they have to buy back.
The shorts are gambling on a deal not being reached
That is a possibility..although sidara have tried 9 times already..and more importantly the SP is distressed through a combination of issues.
The company will either have to accept the deal or prove finance..hence why they would seem to be accelerating this via ft article.. either way the SP will recover some of not all of its recent loses through fear .
Personally I think the odds are stacked in the SP being higher..potentially considerably higher by the end of the month

Atan I know you can't read as you green striped Kate Calder but you are correct in your assumption that is them and they are as usual trying to get in an argument - even with someone not responding
RE: Refinancing Talks Happeneing in Parallel!3 Mar 2025 19:50
My thinking is still the same..although I would love the 110p or 175p tweeted
My logic still says a 90p offer which forces the company's hand..they won't want to take it ...but will need finance to be sorted in order to reject it.
I suspect they have been sounding out finance options since valentines day massacre..but the move by sidara has expedited things ..hence approaching rothschild
RE: Refinancing Talks Happeneing in Parallel!3 Mar 2025 18:19
As I have said a number of times..they will only be in a position to reject bid if they have finance sorted out.
They clearly don't want to sell to sidara
But the current so could force their hand if they don't have the security of finance
It will be win win win for shareholders
The first drop was due to review ( we now know no biggie) the second was due to CEO being churlish and not addressing possible equity raise ( whether true or not)
