"Moreover, international theater admissions were similarly running high. The company’s earnings report, issued on Friday, revealed that the company posted a loss, but a loss that beat estimates. It also managed to slightly beat revenue projections."
Yep, sorry about that folks. Had in my diary 1st November.
But looking on AMC website it's the 8th...

UK inflation was running at 3.1% in September. For those who want to protect against this IMB is a good place. Two guaranteed dividends of 48p each over the next three months. So that's 96p. At a share price of £15 that comes out at a return of 6.4%

"Worth focussing this week on who used Fridays large volume to pick up the several large caches of shares we saw traded during market hours and the several even larger ones revealed after the market had closed. Several of the latter being around 1 Million shares each. My money's on some further short closing to match the latest disclosed reduction"
Was wondering about that myself earlier. All happening the day before, pretty much, AMC announce what are expected to be good results. Coincinence??
Just on this, will these AMC results be announced after trading has closed in the US Monday? So 9pm UK time?

Seem to recal someone on here saying trial resumes 2/3/4 Nov for summing up

Robin/LTI,
I sold out last Monday @ 442.40p
Had an average from 3 buy's of around 404p, so fealt with the speed of the rise a retrace was possible. Also, i wanted to lock in some profits in my ISA. If Evergrande explodes or the Dow/Ftse corrects from high's, i would hope for £4 to buy back.
But, if that doesn't happen, & interest rates rise then those who hold will do ok.
Good luck to all who do hold
Pig
Adam,
Yes agree, it was only just prior to last XD the share price was easilly holding 2,750 if i remember
Got in @ 2,552 the other week & hope to top up this week circ2,500
Sub £25 would be a bonus
Pig
LPD, is this information available but only at a high price?
Pig
Jtan,
you are correct.
But i find the comments of some posters totally useless to my investment decisions. All on my Filter list are there because they continually post comments, usually one liners, which have no basis in fact whatsoever. It's just usually a blatant wind up quite honestly.
If you yourself find these comments in some way usefull or entertaining then do not filter.
Each to their own
All the best

Nice one PW,
i have an entire page of green coffins
What sadens me is folks give them the oxygen they need by replying.
I guess it's their choice to reduce the level of conversation to banal rubbish
Message boards are for all......

Steve, Capita may be my next sale. In @ 39p so if they get to 50p thats a 28% return in a few months.
Should have sold a while back when they hit 55p. But, like Cine @84p at the same time, i thought the momentum was upwards.
