Special Resolution 3 garnered 156,045,068 votes for (97.58%) and 3,867,086 votes against (2.42%). Resolution 4 was approved with 155,086,648 votes for (97.31%) and 4,288,197 votes against (2.69%). Finally, Special Resolution 5 secured 152,937,585 votes for (95.90%) and 6,530,439 votes against (4.10%).
