From some who attended the AGM last week - stating that with regard to negotiations with interested parties - the company has said everything is on the table - doesn’t suggest to me that a deal is imminent. No further forward than several years ago perhaps.

Corporate update of 24th Nov’ 2025 states that a partnering deal would be completed as soon as practicable in 2026 - not specifically early in the new year. These discussions can take some time (18months) and considering the complication with Avion which might well be a fly in the ointment.

Seen a headline in Reuters stating the EU is pushing for diversification of jet fuel due to the whole fuel crisis - therefore this might benefit Green switch.

Have Avion ever invested financially in Immupharma - yes they have purchased shares however they have merely pledged to spend up to 25 million on the trial. That was 2019 - Zimmer put that deal together before his exit and not McCarthy - share price hit 32p.

Why didn’t the trial proceed after the appointment of Simbec Orion to run it?

The truth is that Tim has been threatening to produce a deal with a partner for several years now. I can remember at least two previous AGM’s, when a poster on here, was advised no further dilution through any raise because money would be from upfront payments. It’s all false - shoulda cashed out last September!

Anyone know when negotiations, if that is what they are, commenced? By the time the big pharma carry’s out their due diligence, work out a deal structure, and do all the legal stuff you might be talking eighteen months. Perhaps I need to speak to Lisa Baderoon, although have done so before and found that no info shared. She merely tries to sound positive. The company going quiet may be a good indicator, however Immupharma aren’t known for keeping investors informed.

Does 80M not hold the only exploration licence for hydrocarbons - and Greenland Gov not state no further licences will be issued.

Heading towards 6 months since Simbec-Orion was appointed so you should think some positive progress had been made.

I can only assume no progress is being made. Have they not even recruited patients to take part - at least that would be something! Nothing on the study since 19th Dec ‘23.

We are all being strung along!! I am thinking there is no real substance to this company.

Next RNS will probably be full year results which will only show cash burn, the need for another raise and therefore dilution.

It is almost 6 months since we had an update on Lupuzor. Tim certainly knows if the trial is going to start in H2 of 2023 - it's about time he told us the bad news. It's just incredible that they seem to have had no ground work done prior to the FDA giving the go ahead. Improvement in comms Tim said. We all know when you are lying Tim - your lips are moving.

I'm utterly disgusted by your fictitious fairy tales of rest of world deals etc. You have been alluding to potential deals for couple of years now!! Complete BS because no-one is gonna give you money up front to pay your salary - hence the fund raising. Private investors have been shafted by you multiple times. How's that make you feel? Your Shameless!

Surely a dose finding study would have been conducted before the original phase 3. Perhaps as part of original phase 1 or 2. How could they have gotten the dose wrong - it’s incomprehensible.

Why are we waiting most of another year before the phase 2/3 trial commences - no wonder shares are tumbling. No worthwhile news. I have written off my so called investment here which has severely damaged my portfolio - it's only worth a fraction now and there's no point cashing in what's left. Thanks Tim for your continued failure to deliver and I don't see any value ever coming my way unless a rabbit is pulled from the hat!
What exactly are we waiting on? I thought we had received guidance from FDA and agreed a path forward with Avion - does it really take a year to ask FDA if we can proceed?

Tim looks quite uncomfortable in his interview - noticeably perspiring! He promises to be more open with information flow - since when?! The last communications have said PK study progressing well but no detail - now we're told that results not due to end of March - What have they been doing for the last few months when they haven't even recruited any participants for the study as yet - indicated Dec for this!! It's smoke and mirrors as usual Tim.

Keep your powder dry a bit longer. This will drift lower than 11's if no news in coming weeks re funding etc in mho - I've been here for a while and cycle repeats itself. I was hopeful of selling on Fri at 15 and then buy back as they drifted lower. Missed the opportunity! Disappointed with myself.

Watched a recording of AGM - I was unimpressed because just the same old BS about developing their pipeline and expect to give more news flow in coming period. Strong financial standing which probably means another cash raise in next 6 months. I’m looking for an exit plan like many here!
