The ICG method of determining the next Interim dividend will inform us (unless they add a special bonus?) that the shares will go ex-div about 10 December 2024 and that the interim dividend will be paid on 8 January 2023 approximately and it will be 26.30pence.

I have to assume that Reach Oil is short of cash today for its own programme and that this sort of deal is a better way of raising cash? They need money today, hopefully nothing more sinister?
