The UKOG website states that, depending upon the size of the pump, it generally produces between 5 and 40 litres of liquid of liquid at each stroke. 40 litres per stroke at 2 strokes every 80 seconds would equate to 543 barrels of liquid per day. Anybody know roughly what the HH pump is designed to produce per stroke?
Just for fun, I’m trying to estimate the amount of liquid being pumped at the moment. Based upon two full pump strokes every 80 seconds with each stroke producing up to 60 litres per stroke. That equates up to 815 barrels per 24 hour day (each barrel contains 159 litres). This is of course at the high end and doesn’t account for water separation, all IMO etc. Anybody else want to guess at the number of litres per stroke?
Thanks. I opened my MYSquar position in early May and could have sold with a decent profit. Unfortunately, I was caught out by the timing of the financing RNS and ended up closing with a near 30% loss. I have been lucky enough to recoup this loss already with UKOG. I’m happy to sit on the sidelines for a while and watch this unfold.
I sold my position in MYSQUAR (several million shares) on Thursday and switched the proceeds into UKOG. I still think there could be some good upside to the MYSquar business, if managed properly, and the next 2/3 months will be interesting. I might re-invest back here once the licence application gets the approval from the central bank and the payments service is officially launched. In the meantime, it would be nice to get an update on revenue numbers and some more transparency regarding controlling parties. GLA
Correct. As MYSquar is incorporated in BVI, disclosure thresholds will be at 5,10,15,20,25%....etc. (UK incorporated companies require disclosure at 3,4,5,6,7%... etc.)
What’s the consensus regarding the length of time before the conversions have cleared? My thoughts are that this company has built (and continues to build) a great user base and now needs to move to monetisation. A large loyal user base is very valuable in the right hands. Must be many ways to ramp up revenues now..
