This had a placing at 8p in November and since then was 150% up on NO NEWS … absolutely pointless comparing this to other technology companies as it is speculative, very speculative... but could also give monumental gains.

The bottom line however comes down to how efficient this technology is.. plain and simple... if the technology is as efficient as we are led to believe & given the fact the tech won awards as the one of the top techs of last year there is reason to believe it is then NDA or not every Electric car manufacturer will want it.

I've noted FOX's claim but through the courts it will take years and then chasing the funds can also be problematic... this interests far more if they are likely to settle out of court which seems likely !?

People talking of litigation being complete in the fairly near term... can't find any reference to dates in the RNS's anyone point me in the direction of info ??

One surely must ask the question why they have diluted shareholders at a 75% discount to the pre open share price... and also allotted 2,500,000,000 warrants at todays current market price.
