I agree but based on the performance of the last 2 years the trend has spiked to 16p. I sold at 16p last time, was far to wary to short from that area / not worth the risk.. Also bought back in to early for FOMO.

If the deal didn't come through it would be because they weren't prepared to pay what ARCM are wanting... nothing to do with commerciality.

Clearly is going to be an offer... Money in the coffers strengthens ARC's negotiating hand, if it makes them more adamant for a better price then its a small price to pay.

This shot up to 22p when the finance was announced in June & continued to trade at c14p for the proceeding 2 months...

Given the “revised terms” are going to be favourable... anyone any idea why this is sat at 6p ?
