Happyzone - if it was the old government then you may well be right.

In this instance, with a new government I would imagine they will just want to clear the way for the future and not have litigation hanging around their necks.

To give a fixed deadline can only be seen as a positive & they will make it back in taxes & create jobs in the economy.

They have little to gain dragging it out & litigation is expensive.

Rhodi - The difference is.. what I am saying is based on evidence and facts, DA still doesn't make any money, AS has been saying the same for years & as much as your tech mates might consider themselves qualified to make these assumptions that it would usually take 10 years et al... this does not make this FACT.

I have family high up in tach land, being computer minded, cousin in particular is worth close to £100m (amount unknown as he aint flash) very successful tech head.

I know for sure tho that he / they would never speculate to that degree... If I said to them how much is a company that makes zero profit worth that works with MS etc.. they would reply... maybe £20m maybe £1b+ but they wouldn't looking in from the outside make the assumption that MS will buy it or that is worth many billions.

In my experience its just not how tech minds work based on such little evidence. And there is very little evidence to suggest it being the case. but there is plenty of evidence to suggest that this wont be at 20p this quarter.

2 events have happened recently and its dropped.
As has been saying the same for years.
The PR is rubbish.
AS withholds price sensitive news.
Its fallen 30% on a week when there have been positive developments.
Theres no evidence to suggest there will be a sale, apart from that of a man who has been saying the same for to many years.

And most importantly.

There is ZERO hunger for the shares.

I've never denied any of this or the fact the investees are doing well...

IU am stating the absolute fact that if Al Sisto carry's on acting and treating the positive developments like he does then it really doesn't matter how well the investees are doing (unless there is a sale - which clearly there might not be for some time).

Its actually got nothing to do with the investees ... it's AS treating this like a VC when it isn't a VC and breaking the rules in the process.

Rhodi. With respect, (I'm not here to un-nessacerily ruffle feathers) Everyone has been saying that for the last 6 years... and in the last week we had 2 really positive pieces of news and the share price dropped 30%, the news wasn't even released.

The share price will only ever get to 20p if positive developments are released to market...... Which they never are so how are you expecting it to happen ??

You do understand that if AS releases an RNS 1/2 weeks after the positive news is out that it will have Zero effect on the share price as its already priced in ??

Yet as said yesterday if the incompetent t**t had of released an RNS last Monday saying "Partners with Toshiba" we would have seen a 30% move ??

How are you expecting the share price to get to 20p ?? Based on the last 5 years what's suddenly going to happen to change things - you think he's going to suddenly understand how the market works ???

You / We can speculate that "MS are going to make a bid" bla bla .... but they actually might not, for, 1 2 3 years... it is nothing more than speculation, and actually given this is being run by Delphi's brother the speculation is based off not a lot.

Someone posted in ADVFN yesterday about the figures that were released during the webinar and how much revenue they would generate for the company (it wasn't much at all, few million a year) ... still waiting says "I think Tim is playing it down"

Sums it up. Absolute tripper even when all the actual evidence is in front of his face and clear as day to see, ie: released from the boss, he decides to take the stance that MI5 are working on it in the back ground, Tim is a secret agent because KS is worth $3b and its all for the greater good.

Possibly some people woke up and smelt the coffee (not referring to you).
