Seems we have what's known as a Mexican stand off... Buyers don't want to buy the resistance & sellers aren't pulling us down again.

My money is on the buyers taking it this time... should see an increase of volume once it goes & holds.

Defo getting in here this week... Not entirely sure how the market will react to the placing... clearly isn't being forward sold as it has to be voted on but hard to gauge how much is priced in.

The way I see it.

Belluscura is now worth 50p to TEK - This valuation isn't there yet but with FDA out the way it WILL come.

And we need not say any more on the other investments....

(common Guidant - that's where the big money is that could send this into the £££'s)

I bought back in at 13.3p on Friday and I was questioning my timing... however it looks like we may have clearly made a bottom this morning... True sign will be how this reacts to 16/17p - need to clear them and make new highs otherwise we may well see 10p first.

feeks - It will be listed with an enlarged market cap so it will very likely be double that amount at least... that NAV will be Seed money valuation... for example, the Seed money of CBX was in at 1p - it opened at 25p. (that won't quite happen here).

I still hope we sell it personally... rather than bringing it to production.

Tom - I don't think its that I think its because it has a £70m mcap... for a none producer - basic researchers, it puts people off.

Personally I hope we JV... payment that underpins this at 15p+ and freeride on a JV for everything else.

With almost all commodity prices on the up for many years to come this will give the biggest gains, just will take a little longer.

Prefs are entitled to 80% up too $15m.

The preference shares get 80% of everything up to $15m. If they have £1.7m in cash the ords are entitled to £0.3m of that which values the shares at what price chaps ?

Actually, cash values this at about 0.09 / 0.08
