Antelope because AS has far to many people who think he is doing a sterling job, as was seen with the last TAG..

Perhaps he is, in some way i am sure he is... but not for shareholders, his job is to work for us he is paid by the PLC, US !!.. but he seemingly doesn't act like it, he gets paid by us but works for the investees. He doesn't need to be removed completely, perhaps he would suit a more non exec roll & let someone else deal with the PLC & news flow side of things.

No s**t if he had of released an RNS (like 99.99% of PLC companies would have, because thats how it works!!) saying "98% held investee partners with Fujitsu" this would have got on plenty of radars and we would have seen a decent move...

To make it clear... I am in for the long term as i do think that this will be multiples, as to when that happens is anyone's guess, people can say this quarter or year, but the fact of the matter remains... we just don't no.

If AS continues to kick the can down the road with no material developments happening in the mean time & misses all of these opportunities to improve the share price then we WILL end up with another 6p placing.

We just need him to leave the management & RNS newsflow to someone who has the foresight to understand how a PLC works and then he is welcome to sit in his slippers drinking warm Ribena. Otherwise we will end up with a repeat of the last 6 years.

Can anyone here or reading think of any reasonable reason as to why one of our investee companies start working with Fujitsu and this information is readily available on ... wait for it.... Fujitsu's website & yet Mr AS Sisto is to lazy and incompetent to put out an RNS ?? Anyone ??

Problem being.. if he released that info next week it would have no effect.. as it is already in the public domain... yet if he had released an RNS saying "Wyly partners with fajitsu" we would have seen a 30%+ move.

We don't need more Q&A's ... we need new management.

At no point have I said there is no positive here, infact quite the opposite...

You say that the only value will be found when the investees are sold... That's just not the case, if this was a hungry proactive management who were yearning for success value would be found, but it isn't... if the technology was or is as good as everyone thinks it is there would be far more interest for these shares.... WITH A DIFFERENT MANAGEMENT.

People think DA will be sold for $400m+ Yet its value on TERN's books is naff all... and yet people still stick up for the management, it is delusional to say the least.

You didn't strike me as someone not capable of looking at the negatives of a company you are invested in ? Do I have to sit here repeating exactly what you want to hear to keep you happy, like all they do on the ADVFN bb ???

There are so many trippers on the ADVFN BB its depressing to read, after 6 years of repeating the same garbage and holding hope that, finally, something will happen... they spin a positive on EVERYTHING, have a read of the contrast in posts over the last week... beginning of the week it was "Sale sign up, billion dollar companies" et al... now its... ... incapable of looking at the situation objectively and thinking "hang on a minute...... i've been saying the same thing for 6 years and still nothing has happened"
