Rhodi - that does not make DA worth the kinds of sums banded around here, or that the management are capable of pulling it off or most importantly THAT IT WILL EVER BE SOLD... nor realistically does it mean that MS are or would be interested in any kind of takeover OR that As hasn’t made some utterly ridiculous business decisions locking them into some f**led up contractual agreement that keeps revenues low and makes a takeover completely unattractive.

Tbh. I think this one of the worst investment decisions I’ve ever made. Not because I do t believe in the investees but because the management treat their investors like sh*^ and to top it off most investors are to deluded to even look at the negatives so there’s f / a we can do about it.

That said.

I will stop whinging and leave the nn to it’s overly positive secret handshake read between the lines positive spin on everything, keep it in the bottom draw for a short while longer & if it proves to be more bs (highly likely) sell out.

Steve I don’t think it’s solely a lifestyle company, I do think they have some very good prospects, not entirely sure they are capable of seeing them through tho.

The management are outdated and old fashioned and run the company like an old boys club. treat investors with complete disregard.

Al Sisto is a lier, on many occasions he has lied to holders... ironically whenever he see’s his next “toy” (investment) he suddenly becomes much more enthusiastic and upbeat, when he needs other people’s money to invest & afterwards we get a 0.3p increase in NAV.

They get paid WAY to much. Sound like about £200k a year each & last year recieved self appointed bonuses.

All of this wouldn’t be a problem...

But they think it’s acceptable to raise funds at 7p for 3 years running... they don’t consolidate the results which means the nav stays at 7p.

All at the expense of everyone here...

Meanwhile we get 80% of investors pulling positivity out of thin air and 20% would love to see him kicked out.

The disregards for anyone other than his own needs is completely apparent. 6 years with very similar statements. No updated nav. No reevaluation event. No sale. 8-10 placings & a Bonus to congratulate themselves.

You excited for the investor presentation in May ?? Get your questions ready for them to ignore.

We get an RNS in which the CEO who is going on past it congratulates himself for increasing the NAV by 0.3 of a penny while simultaneously raising £4.4m in funds.<

Last year he talked of exits.

The old tw*t sat there in his slippers & didn’t answer a single difficult question. He talked of partner news in the near term - it didn’t happen. He talked of a re evaluation event in Q1 - it hasn’t happened.

In the results, he writes that he hopes DA will increase revenues for the year ahead. - perhaps he does have a perverse sense of humour afterall.

For 6+ years people have shown him absolute blind faith... they don’t even know what da is worth, some think as much as... wait for it $3,000,000,000 yet it defers its debts.<

And yet... on the same day as investors have been lied to, again, this is their take:<
